Recently went and had to wait a little longer for our 3 piece cod meal, which my spouse and I very much love. It is the most expensive meal there but I’m telling you, their fish is so good. So we didn’t mind waiting, but it was longer than usual. Just as we had begin to think “wow it’s been a little while” a young man came out with 2 free meal coupons. Probably valued at at least $20 in food. I am WI born and raised, so I’m a life long fan of Culver’s. But you don’t see that anymore where businesses hand out coupons to make it right – before the customer even complains. McDs will not do that unless you call to complain. Love that they hire a diverse population of workers and are inclusive. Thank you Culver’s for always being a stand up, Midwest owned business!

I have celiacs (gluten allergy), and I dread going out to eat because I hate to be that person that needs special procedure for food to be safe for me. Went through the drive through, letting them know of the allergy and when we got our food, it was in the same bag as the other items which contained gluten and reading the receipt I realized the allergy warning was forgotten. Not the order takers fault either, it was just an accident. I went in and the staff was amazing. We got several apologies for the mishap and they remade my food. They even informed us that it was going to be a minute because they were ensuring proper protocall to make my food gluten free. The staff was so nice and went above and beyond. Even gave us a free scoop token while apologizing for the mishap. Absolutely 5 stars for the staff. And the food was amazing, thank you so much!!

I do not like the new set up, they take your order before you can see the menu. They took the money and parked without giving drinks. The parking was chaotic, and people did not know where to go. They shoved a salad 2 burgers, fries, and onion rings in a bag. The hot food was cold, and the burgers were squished. The meat patties have shrunk, I know why they ask if you want 2 patties. You need 2 to make a whole patty. I’m very disappointed. Next time, I’ll go to North Mankato where I get good food and service. I made the mistake of trying one more and they forgot half of my curbside order. North Mankato next time.

No matter how busy this location gets, they ALWAYS give 110% to their customers. We went at peak time during lunch, we got our food less then 4 minutes!! The staff also makes sure their facility is clean during peak time, I saw two workers wiping down the tables between people and asking people if they are good. Way to go!!

Out of all the Culver’s I have dined at, the Austin location is the best. Friendly. Clean and the atmosphere is cheerful. The employees are outstanding. Best of all the food is always fresh.

Went there through the drive-through and ordered 2 baskets and 1 kids meal. Both adult meals were missing the buns and condiments except for the pickles. Never happened before and it was very disappointing. I don’t recommend this location. I’d chose North Mankatos location over this one.
