I came for a couple of breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. Coffee was good, but they forgot cheese on my sandwiches. No big deal, simple mistake, but I had already taken a bite out of my sandwich before realizing. Both sandwiches. I take it back so I can get new sandwiches made correctly. They took back the sandwiches I had already TAKEN A BITE OF, added a cold slice of cheese and reserved me the sandwiches. Firstly, disgusting, especially if you are handling other people’s food. Also why do businesses think it’s okay to serve cold cheese on hot food. Please melt the cheese. Very disturbed by what went down here.

I usually don’t take the time to post negative reviews, but my experience at this Dunkin’ location today left me disappointed.
I placed a mobile order for a refresher. The app does not provide an option for “no ice,” so when I arrived at the store, I politely asked the associate if he could make it with no ice. This is a very small request, and something I deal with regularly in my own job at a convenience store—so I know it’s not a big deal.
Instead, the employee made it an issue and insisted that changes had to be done through the app. I explained that the app doesn’t allow that option. While he eventually gave me the drink with no ice, his attitude throughout the interaction was rude and unnecessary.
I visit Dunkin’ locations almost every week and have never had an issue like this before. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this particular location. I don’t know the employee’s name, but the male associate working the mobile order station on February 9 around 3 PM could really use additional training on customer service and communication.

We stop by there before heading to West Virginia. The rest room has a code and you have to ask the employee the code(35207) i ordered Dunkalatte xtra caramel my fav. And my husband ordered Just a regular coffee with heavy cream and 6 Splenda. My ordered came out wrong. Plain tasting and my husband coffee came out black. Every body seems avoiding any eye contact with the customer. My husband and i keep saying excuse me, excuse me but we were ignored. We just want to ask for the restroom door code so we can use the rest room and the lady seems annoyed that i had asked her for the code to use the rest room. We will not coming back for sure.

Visited DDBR and ordered 2 Matcha Latte, upon receiving them, noticed it was pure Ice in the cup and barely any drink; I asked team Lead Aryan to remake the drink with less Ice, he refused and said if I wanted it with less Ice I should have asked for it beforehand. I asked for a refund as I was completely disappointed in what I had paid for. When placing a big order there should be better consideration for the quality of the product being provided. Customer service is definitely not Aryan’s strength.

The cashier behind the register is very rude. She would not smile and seemed she was being bothered when you ordered from her. I tried to be patient and just walked away. I also told her that the restroom is locked and if I can use it. She ignored me and said, “You have to wait.” Even though I went online, and when it’s my turn, She told me to move away, and some I just patiently waited. So when all the lines are done She stared at me, and I said I’m sorry to bother you, but I just really have to go. She said yeah yeah yeah. I just bit my lip and would never come back here.

I always come here to buy a dozen donuts as they are my local store, I’ve never had any issues before until today. I bit into one of my glazed donuts and towards the end I saw this which made me disgusted…it looks like mold inside? Please make sure you’re double checking your donuts because this can get someone very sick.
