A total lack of respect and consideration for the customer. This review isn’t about the price, but about the disrespect shown to those who are paying. We were at the drive-thru around 11 pm on Sunday, November 16, 2025, and a woman was alone serving and making the sandwiches. She seemed unwilling to work and the wait was endless. We got our sandwich and continued on our way. When we opened it on the road, it was HORRIBLE. It looked like it had been ready for months, cold and very poorly made, nothing like the Bacon King we buy at other establishments. I can only say that this woman doesn’t deserve to work there. If she’s unhappy with her job, why does she have to work alone or work Sunday nights? She should find another job, but she shouldn’t do this to people. The sandwich was clearly made with hatred and old, cold ingredients. Honestly, I only didn’t go back and throw that sandwich in her face because I would have been wrong. But I really wanted to. How disgusting! I’m completely disgusted with Burger King.

I ordered my meal via the app. When i got to the window, I had to wait a good 7½ minutes at the speaker to give them my order number… I shouldn’t have to wait for as long as I did. They were not too busy. Although they handle ONE CUSTOMER/CAR at the the window, there were 3 people running food. When I got up to the window, their last customer had already left… Once I pulled up to the window, I immediately received my order, which waiting for me… the service was really slow, and they weren’t that busy… on good side, the food was hot & fresh, as well as accurately made!!

This is the worst burger king! While ago I went to eat in. The assistant manager lady kiki or something walked away from the counter after I placed my order without saying a word. Little while later my food was ready and the same lady held the bag up and yelled at me from the front of the store and stood there holding it out as if I were a dog coming for my kibble. This is the crazy part… I got my food went to sit back down and started eating with my date. Minute later a family walks in and I hear the lady yelling at me from the front of the store in front of every customer dining in that I didn’t pay for my food. Uhhhh not sure how I placed my order and got my food then? I admittedly got a little heated and asked her how that could be and she just shrugged. I then told her well maybe you should put a little more care into your job and continued eating. Then she ran to get the manager and he came marching up to me yelling at me he was gonna call the cops on me for stealing!! He was not calm at all and that didn’t help me be calm so we got into a shouting match about how terrible the establishment was and how rude they were for everything he didn’t care about the fault of his employees whatsoever and said it was my fault somehow. So I guess this burger king is fine dining where you pay after your meal but also the type where they yell at you and threaten you for their own mistakes. Also if you order ahead on mobile they’ll tell you not to do that next time you go there lol!

Ordered today through the drive through.
2 cars in front of me. I was there over 15 minutes.
I knew immediately the order wasn’t going to be correct but how swiftly the cashier rushed me to get up to pay (only to sit there for over 7 minutes.)
Order was not made correctly, even though I said simply and clearly what I wanted. Service took super long. And dude running the window at the drive thru was about as unpleasant as you could’ve imagined.
Avoid this place if at all possible. I wanted something quick and easy, kind of the whole point of fast food.
It took too long and wasn’t correct.

I went to Burger King last night bout 730. Pulled up to speaker to order and the smell of reaper from a employee bout made me sick. The reason I know it was a employee was door was propped open. Well needless to say I got my order and it was wrong. He was the cook. There were no cheese on sandwiches an my single whopper looked like it was made many hrs earlier. Lettuce an tomato were slimy mess. I scraped it all off an ate it. Was up all night with stomach pain. The guy at window said check an make sure it’s right. Well I didn’t think he meant to unwrap sandwiches. If you can’t work a shift without getting high then you dont need to be working.

As others have said this place is horrible. Waited 30 minutes for one cheeseburger meal. Ended up getting a refund and leaving after the owner was rude to another patron and ripped his receipt out of his hand. Literally thought these guys were gonna throw down. Owner is in way over his head. Other manager on staff was nice and just as frustrated as I was. Hope you find a less stressful job my dude.

Drive through order taker appeared.to be having a background discussion for 5 minutes while I was waiting at speaker to place an order. Food (breakfast sandwich) had a long dirty hair in it. I ordered two coffees and waited for the coffee (person at the window walked away). When he came back with my replacement sandwich (with no hair in it), I asked about the coffee and was then told they had no coffee. Can’t they make more coffee for breakfast? If I hadn’t asked, I’m assuming they would have allowed me to leave with no coffee even though I paid for two coffees. He gave me one orange juice to make up for the hair but when I told him I ordered and paid for two coffees, he gave me just one more orange juice (so the two OJs just were substitutions for my coffee.)

Had to put 1 star to post…no option for 0 stars they deserve. Horrible customer service. Didn’t even get to place an order. Sat at the drive thru for about 5 minutes so I drove to the window and saw a lady getting her meal. So, we drove back around and waited for someone to take our order. Drove back to the window and a man finally looked at me. He came over looking very upset and snapped at me when I asked if I could place an order. He told me no and they were closing. It was 10:03 PM.. I asked what time they normally closed. He said about now and told me he was the owner. Said they were short staffed and he decided closed early. Then he told me I could drive to the next one. I totally understand being short staffed and even having to close early. But, there was absolutely no reason for him to be that rude.

This place is horrible, they are suppose to serve breakfast till 11:00, we arrived at 10:30 the breakfast menu was still up and they refused to serve us breakfast. Make sense now why Burger King’s are going out of business.
