Foods good and like everywhere else but this particular opens at 9 and if you show up when it opens they are just walking in and begin prepping. They do not arrive early to prep the shop, they show up as soon as it’s supposed to open and THEN begin prepping. So sandwiches cannot even be made until 10 A.M. I know this because I showed up at 9A.M. and waited until 9:52 to receive my food.
So overall not a bad place but they should either open at 10 or show up earlier, I’d have given a better rating otherwise. Also I should mention I’ve come to this location multiple times and had the same issues three times now. So going forward I’m coming later …

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant of any kind. This lady is always so rude if you have a coupon but today topped anything I could gave anticipated. The first thing she asked me this trip is do I have a coupon and then asked to see it. All which is fine, however as soon as she heard yes and checked it was usable, she became so disrespectful. I get the four cheese Italian bread and ask for rotisserie chicken on it no other words left my mouth. She then proceeds without asking to dump bacon and cheese on it. I am lactose intolerant and never ask for cheese when coming here. When I went to say that’s not what I wanted, instead of just correcting her mistake she claimed I asked for chicken bacon sandwich and got super angry when I repeated all I had said was my bread and that I wanted rotisserie chicken. After changing to new chicken she asked if I wanted cheese and I said no cheese and I dont want it toasted she looked at me like I was crazy which I tried to ignore but she then proceeded to literally laugh at me and ask “how I was gonna eat my sub” when I told her I just wanted banana peppers and and pickles. I clarified that’s what I like and always get and She started slamming the plastic lids on the toppings. At this point im visibly upset because of how she is acting. I still dont understand what was so funny to her. When she went to ring us up she asked if we were paying together and if it was alright if she bagged our food together. When I said yes we go to the same home she again laughed, I must be missing the joke. We’ve been here several times and never has she asked this and we always pay together. She remembered us enough to know we bring in coupons when we get them delivered to our house. The whole exchange felt so unnecessary rude and uncomfortable. The items she rang was wrong, the five meat italian fl says 16.99 she rang it for 18.99. When I went to say something because that wasn’t the price on the board displayed she had to manually fix it by changing both subs out with other ones.

Food was decent but they didn’t have a couple of toppings I wanted on my sub like hots etc. The lady waiting on me started to get overwhelmed as customers entered the store and her attitude changed. She doesn’t work well under pressure. I would give it. 3 out of 5. I took away 1 star for the customer service and another away for the cleanliness and lack of toppings being in stock. For the prices we pay for the subs, all toppings should be available. They’re already stingy with the meat as is.

I came into this Subway looking for an old favorite of mine: The Spicy Italian. In this particular establishment, I was greeted by two ladies. They made my sub quickly and efficiently with no issues. The restaurant itself looks outdated. I would suggest a new coat of paint. Otherwise, my experience was fine.

This subway restaurant is located in the Bel-Air Festival shopping Plaza. The inside appears like any other subway, very clean and modern. I typically get the chicken bacon ranch sub foot-long. Today my sub was made as expected and was very delicious. I submitted a few photos.

Just got home with 2 1/2 subs and $37.00 later. They had no meat the bread tasted old and was hard. There was no meat on the subs they didn’t have hots. I have been to this location several of times and I am not sure what has happened if there was a change in ownership or what but it is definitely not the same. Unfortunately for the price I will be going elsewhere. Hope they can get it together there.

My steak on my steak and cheese was cold not done. Was not even warmed up at all the vegatables was not ok either had a weird taste. I called to let them know they said to come back to make the subs. But after traveling up there getting the food coming home and my food is cold like it was never even cooked. I’m pretty much done and just want a refund.

The lady was rude asked her to wash her hands because she was playing in her hair before making my sandwich she had a huge attitude and said she wears gloves i get that hut thats not the point. Then i asked for it to be toasted she threw my sandwich in the toaster the stuff on my sandwich slid everywhere. Their still was hair in my food when i get half way through my sub. Gosh makes me wonder how much of her hair i ate. I called to make a complaint she told me do something about it and hung up

I live a half mile from this subway and get coupons in the mail all the time. we go in there to order three subs we got them made and went to pay for them and the person said we don’t take coupons when we handed them to her. No where in the Subway does it say we don’t accept coupons. So we left and went to a Subway that does. Is this Corporate policy for different locations. If it is Subway needs to correct its policy or stop mailing coupons.

I will say the place was super clean. I should have looked closer at the price of the food when ordering. I ordered a turkey bacon and was charged for a turkey Cali club that cost almost $18! They were stingy with the vegetable toppings. The smashed avocado was brown, the spinach was welted and the over all presentation for an $18 sub was terribl. The staff member just shoved the sub in a paper bag with it partially falling out of the wrapper. When eating the sub, it had a very odd taste that I could not figure out. I ate about 1/4 of the sub and could not eat more, it just didn’t taste good. My husband tried it and didn’t care for it either. I’d rather spend less at Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s for a much tastier sub.
