Nice Traditional Taco place. They have a great selection. The Salsa Bar has everything to offer, for not Spicy to Spicy. Cactus salad was good too. Had the Regular steak tacos. They were good, as we’re all the Salsas!

Warning, if you do not eat pork, do not eat here because there’s a lot of cross contamination with their pork and lard and other things. I have come here a few times when I’m in town and I’ve only had their tacos which those were decent so today I was in town and I decided to stop by and try something else on their menu. I ordered a quesadilla and it was disgusting. The flavor of a pork was overpowering on the tortilla. I don’t eat pork for religious reasons so this was a slap in the face when I called the restaurant to find out if they do use pork or fish cross contamination, the lady told me yes. if you do not eat pork, I would not eat here. They’re not careful in their preparation and I wasted my money. They have an I don’t care attitude because they’re so popular. With the locals that a few complaints here and there dont matter to them.
Sadly, i wasted close to 50 dollars. I was also overcharged, but oh well, so be careful to look at your receipts closely.

Food is decent, enjoyable. Not the best I’ve ever had obviously but it fills me up. I hate the fact that they give you so little food for such a big price though. $7 for 1 birria taco is insane. Customer service is horrible if you don’t speak Spanish so yeah….

When we went to Tony’s the guy taking orders were on the phone and took a little while to take our order. The tacos have good size and good amount of meat. The taste of the tacos is not the best Ive taste but they are good. The tortas the have too much bread and not a lot of meat. They have a station with salsas and lemons which is nice. Price wise is average.
The bathroom was dirty, it needed some cleaning.

Food is delicious and the staff never fails to provide great service. I would definitely recommend grabbing a bite to eat here if you can. Its one of my go to places to eat for Bloomington/ Normal.

Order from here a couple weeks ago, got home and no toppings on my tacos. Just meat in a tortilla. Ordered again last night thinking they might’ve just made a mistake and I get down the road and no toppings AGAIN!! Went back and they fixed it, although the cooks were very confused and had to be explained to many times before they got it right. Then got down the road again and realized I never got my salsa either!! Won’t be coming back due to this poor service. The girl at the counter offered no apology or any type of compensation for the ridiculous inconvenience. This shouldn’t happen on a $20 meal.

I believe this is the college power refill place… lol. I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was being connected to a convenient station. I had a friend recommend me to give it a try and I was impressed. I had the shrimp chicken and steak burrito with all the fixings. It came with rice and beans and I got extra cheese sauce on the side. It was pretty good!

Tonys Tacos! What a great place. I was told it was the place to go, so I went, and it was absolutely delicious. As I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the ladies at the counter. They were helpful with the suggestion of the Asada tacos and the Birria tacos, both of which I ordered along with a side of elotes. When my food came out, I could tell from the looks of it, it was exactly what I wanted it to be. The double corn tortillas generously filled with hot, fresh, perfectly seasoned meat, onions, and cilantro. Prior to my first bite I made a quick trip to the salsa bar to top off my tacos with guacamole salsa and a little lime. After a couple bites of each taco I dug into my elote. The corn seems to be fresh cut from the cob and grilled then a dollop of mayo seasoned with chili powder and fresh lime juice, sprinkled all over with salty Cotija cheese. If you’re still reading this review, hit the directions icon and swing in and over eat some great authentic Mexican food.

Good place to get tacos near ISU. The place wasn’t busy after a football game. The vegan tacos had good ingredients, beans, mushrooms,sour cream and cheese but we’re a little plain. Don’t be shy to add their homemade salsas to kick it up a notch!
