Absolutely pointless to have this McDonald’s open. Sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes with no response. Clearly, the employees are more interested in chatting with the people in the front than actually doing their job. Waste of time and extremely frustrating. If there was zero stars I would give it zero stars because this is an ongoing problem with McDonald’s

It took me 35 minutes to get a double quarter pounder meal and it didn’t have bacon on it that I ordered and fries was cold.I paid 13 dollars and did get what I paid for.Chris the so called manager was to busy give food and cups to his friends. Horrible experience tried the drive through no one took my order but were taking orders in the other lane that came after me. Then went inside no one took my order, saw one old man walk out cause no one took his order. So after being forced to use the kiosk that has no receipt paper I finally get my food the manager was the one to give me my food but no cup I had to ask 3 times to get a cup even though I know she herd the first time one of the other employees gave me my cup.

Didn’t even order food. Went to the bathroom to change my toddler and the changing table was very dirty. Was going to sit in the play room but it smelled odd and you could tell it hasn’t been cleaned. Tables sticky and stuff all over the floor. The play equipment was visibly black on the slides and platforms. I understand it’s a public playplace but there are hygiene standards McDonald’s is supposed to follow. Went ahead and left didn’t really feel comfortable ordering food from this location.

This location is very hit or miss, I have gotten other people’s orders around 5 times when I have gone to this location. They are also just not very good when it comes to order accuracy. I included a photo of an order where they just gave me someone’s food, I had ordered a soda was charged like a dollar and they handed me a bag of food.

We ate here last night as it was our 4 year olds Birthday and he got to choose. This McDonald’s has had a much needed renovation and looks so nice, modern and fresh inside. The food and service were good. We sat in the new small enclosed play area to eat. It is a small room with only 2 tables and the play equipment is geared for smaller kids, I’d say 6 and under. The area was perfect for our family of 6, but I would NOT recommend for larger groups or older kids. Our 2 kids under five really enjoyed it!

Ordered some cookies in the drive through. Immediately pulled forward. After waiting 30 minutes. Went inside to see what the hold up was..THEY FORGOT ME!! never made the cookies either.. Awesome customer service at this place
