We just moved to Ohio from Texas and we decided to try out the local Red Lobster. We were very happy with our experience! Our server, Brittany (Britt) was AMAZING! She was super sweet, very attentive, and had the best attitude with every table around us and was great with our 5yr old. You could tell she loves her job and enjoys being around people. 10/10 for Britt!

It was quiet. Nice atmospere. Food was decent. Was my first time. I don’t like seafood. The cheddar buscuit was very soft and hot. Fresh. Pretty good. I tried the steak and my husband tried the bacon cheese burger. Mashed potatoes where weird like they were old. Crumbled. Were not creamy at all. Dry. French fries were seasoned with a weird seasoning. They were oka. The steak was flavorful but very dry. Guess thats what i get for getting it well done. The burger had weird black lettuce on it. Like they burnt the lettuce. Weird. Glad I got to experience it. But prolly won’t be back.

We enjoy the food and the service. Our server was Brittany. Very friendly and polite. Since it was lunch we ordered off lunch menu to keep it light. Spouse had coconut shrimp/baked potato, and i had the sailor’s plater. Also had chocolate overboard. Normally we do carry out from Mansfield location due to employment. But when we dine in we typically go to Marion location. I keep coming back. So that sums it up. Thanks again Brittany for wonderful service.

There were 5 of us & we all got something different, plenty of food. I do wish we were able to substitute something for the fries as it made for a very heavy meal. Our waitress, Kenna, was awesome. Super friendly & helpful. Happy hour prices were nice!

Great food, fast service, a fantastic experience. Took my wife out for date night and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The store manager Renee came and check on us to ensure everything was good. That level of care and service is rare these days. I can tell why this restaurant is so successful!

We recently had a birthday celebration here for my great grandfather Frank’s 92nd birthday. Kenna took care of us and her service was amazing! She even made Frank his own personal card to take home. The food was also top tier and we will be back very soon! Hopefully for my birthday LOL!

Happy Easter at Red Lobster!. Renee Layne is the best manager! She is the reason we continue to come to this location. It is well run! Came and talked to us as usual. Food and drinks are yummy! Scott the bartender was very friendly with great service. Try Marion’s Red Lobster. Who doesn’t love seafood, cocktails, and great service!!

My husband and I were at Red Lobster in Marion, Ohio. I ordered the grilled chicken (I know, it’s a seafood restaurant, but that’s what sounded good at the time.) It was so juicy and perfectly cooked, with that slight char from the grill that makes your taste buds dance. Sorry, no pic of the chicken, but I do have one of the Caesar Salad & the Lobster Dip. I LOVE their Caesar Salad, and though I’m not a lobster fan, their Lobster Dip is amazing! Think creamy spinach, artichoke dip. It comes with fresh warm tortilla chips & pico de gallo. The combo is so good I couldn’t stop eating it. And let’s not forget those warm garlic butter biscuits. Honestly, I could make a complete meal of just the Caesar salad, Lobster Dip & biscuits and be very happy.
We always have great service at this restaurant. The servers are kind and attentive without hovering. I can easily recommend this Red Lobster. If it’s been a while since you’ve been here, give it another try. I think you’ll be glad you did.

I pre-ordered some food, picked up and drove 30 mins back home just to find out they gave us the wrong order. I was very upset but when I called in, the manager Renee was very nice and understanding and she was happy to help us place another order a few days later free of charge. Even though they messed up originally, they did a good job of rectifing the issue.
