I went while they were slammed, long lines and the drive through mic was broken so we had to order through the window. It was a bit of a wait, but the cashier (Juannua) was great! She apologized for the delay, offered a free drink, and was generally very polite and pleasant. After I started eating my tacos I realized they were absolutely the most stuffed tacos I have ever seen come out of a taco bell, way better than any I’ve had at any other taco bell in the past 15 years. It was worth the wait. Thanks!

I live right across the street from this places, so it’s my go too for any fast food. I have ordered from here 1-3 times a month for many months now, they somehow have always forgotten at least one item every time. I’m not sure if they do it purposely at this point to reduced costs or something, it’s almost comical. Otherwise the food is fine.

I honestly don’t know how it takes over 20 minutes in the drive-thru to get FOUR tacos at Taco Bell. This is ridiculous. I’ve been sitting here forever and I’m STILL waiting. What’s the point of fast food if it’s not fast?
No communication, no urgency, just a line that barely moves. If you’re thinking about coming here, don’t. Save your time and your patience. This place seriously needs better management.

I’ve never written a review before, but this Taco Bell visit deserves one. We placed our order at 1:30 PM and didn’t receive our food until an hour later. We ended up having to go inside because they suddenly switched to mobile orders only while we were waiting and said we would have to go inside because there was too much going on.
When we got inside, it was absolute chaos. There were at least 15 people waiting, and orders were just sitting on a cart—nobody calling out names or handing food out. It seemed like everyone inside had been waiting close to an hour as well.
There were only three workers, and it was clear they weren’t in any hurry. One employee was being rude, singing and dancing, and moving incredibly slow while people just stood there waiting. The woman at the counter would ask for names, then get distracted and start doing something else entirely.
Very disappointing.

Every single time we do, Uber eats or DoorDash in this city the orders are never being done at night time the workers and managers really need to get their shit together because why are you not doing your job and you’re just sitting on the clock? Was Waited over 10 minutes for the order I told her the name at the speaker went inside and was told that the order was picked up already even after I told them what name I had at the speaker and she told me to come inside was threaten by the male worker aswell happened Jan 16 2025. 3:20AM

Won’t take orders for anyone if it isn’t DoorDash or Uber eats. Why even be open? This new style of fast food orders is a terrible model. Meanwhile, there are 4 workers playing with a ball outside wearing masks while they could be working the drive through. This is the death of fast food.

Good evening all, let’s just be clear to start. I understand stuff happens and errors are made. However this location has failed its customers on multiple occasions. My last two experiences while ordering through the mobile application have been horrendous. Both instances having similar problems and interactions. The staff, instead of just working through their screen and handling orders FIFO, will happily take orders from friends/family and make the meal gratis. While paying customers stand there. I witnessed what appeared to be the manager, jump her family’s order ahead of mine even though I followed their directions. I was asked to come in the store by an untrained (their words/excuse) drive through employee and sat around for twenty minutes where one particularly unprofessional male employee brought out his phone rather than working and constantly asking customers what order they are waiting for. When confronted that he hadn’t asked for my order, the employee became belligerent and annoyed that anyone would dare call him out for messing up. I wish I had gathered his name as I would love to name and shame him for such behavior. If ownership is reading these reviews (doubt) we arrived at approximately 18:00 and received our order at 18:24. The only saving grace of this interaction was the freshness of the meal. The eight free taco coupons, that expire, is not enough for me to continue to be treated so poorly by your unprofessional untrained and unreliable employees. Consider those the last dollars you will receive from this household.

Ordered on door dash $60 order all the chalupas had one or two bites of steak or chicken. The quesadillas weren’t cut and I’m not sure cheese was even on it. Such a shame. If I would have known they were going to this less than stellar location I would have ordered something else. Just tried again (first review 3 years ago) same thing less than a bit of meat on the chalupas

So I went to just get a water through the drive through, and after I was handed my water the girl in the drive through demanded I go inside to get a water because they are on a “timer.” The timer is not my problem and I don’t want to leave my car thank you very much, so I will continue to go through the drive through to get my water. 🙂
