Four stars because their shakes are excellent and pretty much the only reason I go there because the food is not as fresh and hot as it should be. I get tots every time, and only once were they hot and crispy. It’s not bad it’s just like it could be so much better. This is the only location I’ve ever gotten food at so maybe that’s just how it is.

Just a good, fun lunch experience. GREAT staff. Friendly, out-of-their-way helpful. Great prices & great value. My foot long All-American hotdog was delicious. Onion rings were sweet, crunchy and satisfying. Was not expecting the little mint that was included with the order.

Sonic should be Sonic no matter which one you go to. With that being said, this Sonic does an excellent job. Food is always hot and fresh and the bellhops are always friendly. Sometimes it takes a little while to receive my food but I’m able to wait comfortably in my car. The new smashburgers are amazing. Sonic is my favorite go-to fast food restaurant for a good burger.

Sonic does have good food, I’m especially a fan of the smash burger. However the Sonic in Show Low is dog water. Expect the food you receive to be nothing close to your order. Do you want condiments? Too bad, you’ll never see them because they never put them in the bag. This place is consistently terrible. It’s too bad because the food can be good, it’s just the people running it who don’t pay attention to the order and mess up everything every time.

This was the single worst fast food experience ever. The tater tots… barely existed. Look at the picture. For almost $5, you get one single tater tot layer, so what’s that… 8 tater tots in total???? Look at the pictures and think — it’s a small container. That’s insane.

Really a disappointment! 2 Jr Cheeseburgers and a “medium ” chili cheese tot. $11!! The burger patty was charred to the point of leather, and cold! The pickles amounted to more than the meat!
The “Chili cheese tots” MEDIUM was about 12 tots drilled with maybe 2 tablespoons of chili!
The only thing I enjoyed was the Peppermint to take the burnt taste away!
Sonic, you can do so much better!! Maybe a descent night manager to oversee things??

everything was good the only thing was I asked for light ice in my large drink and they filled my cup 3/4 of the way full with ice I got maybe a good couple of sips in before I had just ice left in the couple was just a little disappointed other then that everything else was okay

The service was great the car hop was amazing but my $10 in chicken strips was not worth $10 I got two and a half pieces instead of three and the two were super small next time I’m just getting a burger I won’t waste my money on the chicken

We got some shakes that were good. The person talking our order was weird about correcting our pronunciation of “Reese’s” (we said rees-ez and they insisted it was rees-eeeeez). Also, the person bringing food out and us twice if the food they brought out was for us and then wandered around looking for who she needed to deliver food to before she got our order correct. It really wasn’t bad, just kind of weird service.
