That’s just how we roll. At our Hot Bar, you’re the boss of the sauce. Add a hint of heat, a touch of sweet or douse your dish with a five-alarm fire. Our Hot Bar’s loaded with an assortment of tangy, smoky, sweet, and spicy sauces. Tijuana Flats’ entrées include burritos, burrito bowls, chimichangas, dos tacos, flautas, fresh salads, nachos, and quesadillas. Guests have their choice of tortilla with flour and wheat as well as hard and soft corn with tacos.

Walking in the front, we were immediately greeted by Jordan with a smiling face. Jordan took our orders and was very knowledgeable with the menu. The service was excellent. We were asked three times during our meal by a manager and staff members if we needed refills and if everything was okay! Everything was perfect. Besides, it was a little too salty for my taste buds. The place was a little dirty but I would definitely return because the food was delicious and the service was great!

My wife and I came in and enjoyed our experience but there are a few things that could have made our experience better.
We ended up eating in the back of the restaurant and found it to be very sticky. Everything could use a good scrub or some painting. The cheese dip was just plastic synthetic tasting and definitely could use some tweaking. The rest of the food was ok.
The service was exceptional and very prompt. Seemed like a “owner/ manager” has been really on top of the staff to make sure they got it done just right. Overall I think I would find a different place to go next time.

The burritos and bowls were very large. The blackened chicken was very tender and well seasoned. We ordered a side of the queso, which was more like a nacho cheese than a Mexican queso dip, but it was delicious. The staff was really friendly and polite.

First time diner at this place that I only discovered because it was next to the EV Supercharger. Had just enough time for a leisurely dinner.
The staff was very friendly. The manager/owner made the rounds to make sure that everyone was happy (I was). The chicken fajita burrito was large and super good. The sauce bar is a nice addition. This was a great stop and I’ll definitely be back. They have bottled beer choices typical of a Mexican restaurant.

Haven’t been to a Tijuana Flats in a while, but had a good experience in Dayton Food was yummy except for my Chimichanga which looked more like a wet burrito . It was my fault for not notifying the manager before I ate it (but I was hungry ), and he was busy. I did tell him though, not expecting anything in return; just a heads up for him. It was as if the oil was not hot enough when it was fried. He checked the oil, which he did mention was fresh and changed that day. No worries . He made it right though… My next Chimichanga is on him! Love this place and will definitely be back to this location when I’m in town

You order at the counter and take out or sit at a table and your food will be served to you. I went on a Tuesday and had the taco special. It was very cheap and delicious! The people that work there were very pleasant. The hot sauce selection is the biggest I have ever seen.
When I got back to Ohio I sadly found out that there are no Tijuana Flats in the state.

Food was not good.. chicken had no flavor but was probably the worst chicken ive ever had and the tortilla was not cooked or warmed.. the bathroom was not ok but the girl upfront was awesome and so sweet.

Food is always good & the girls are always on point, but can get too busy for my liking and that would be the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars! Salsa/hot sauce bar is a nice addition and even though it’s located on a busy road you can miss it
