Beans and Brews is my fave 🙂 I usually go to a couple locations closer to my home, but was in the area and decided to stop by this location. A few days ago I downloaded the rewards app (due to the tiktok trend going around rn where people are getting free things on their bday, my bday is june) to my surprise I got a free drink immediately and decided to use it today before it expired. As soon as I mentioned I was using the free drink on my app, the girl taking my order had attitude in her voice. I pulled up to the window and she said something like “your total is 6.70, but let’s scan your app and see if it does anything… oh, it worked”
Needless to say the employee’s attitude wasn’t very kind at all. The frozen Mrs.b’s was great. I wish I hadn’t felt rushed though, I forgot to ask for whipped cream.

Swung through the drive-thru and waited a few minutes before anyone said hello. Placed my order, which they got wrong—no big deal, mistakes happen. But when they remade it, the iced white mocha with one shot of espresso came back lukewarm and tasted… questionable. My brother said it was terrible and honestly, he wasn’t wrong. To top it off, they added caramel—twice—despite me never asking for it. I even paid for a second drink thinking, “Surely they’ll get it right this time.” Nope. Caramel again. At that point, I had to laugh. Not the worst thing that’s ever happened to me, but definitely not how I pictured my first visit. Won’t be back..

Stand here at the empty desk for a few minutes. Finally someone came up and said they close at 6. It’s 6:02. Had someone been at the counter when they were not yet closed it would not have been after 6. Luckily there are many more places to buy extremely overpriced coffee.

The atmosphere was great and the employees were nice. But, on two occasions I scheduled my orders ahead and came to pick them up a bit earlier than scheduled. When I did on both occasions, the drinks were melted. Even though I came early, the drinks were made even more earlier to the point of melting. The staff were nice and the drinks were good anyway. Though, scheduling ahead isn’t something I think of doing again or something I’d recommend.

I have never had any issues with this place as their coffees and drinks are always good, but today I went in and got my usual B&B Chai and a caramel frappe. The chai drink was very strong and had an overpowering clove taste, which prompted me to ask for a drink change. “Bayla,” the shift lead, helped me and refused to change my drink , even when she told me that the chai is premixed and that it would all be strong and have the same taste since it is one batch. I asked to get a different option, and she said she would have to charge me for a different drink, that they can’t waste product and just give away drinks, and would only be able to give another chai drink. I asked for my money back, and she ended up refunding me for both drinks, not just the one. I told her that her logic didn’t make sense and that I would pay for the caramel frappe since that wasn’t an issue, but she insisted that it was as a courtesy. She couldn’t change my drink because they can’t give away product but refunded me for both drinks, which seems contradictory! As I walked out, the whole staff there had something to say about the exchange but only as I walked out. Service has gone down hill a lot
