What a great hole-in-the-wall. This place rocked!
It was such a welcoming environment, having your typical dive-bar look, but also super warm and friendly.
The food was so flavorful and original. We had the wings, and they were charred to perfection with the perfect amount of siracha honey sauce. Other people in our party had the stuffed avocado and shrimp wraps, and both said they were great!
Our server was super friendly and informative. She did a fantastic job at making sure we were accommodated during our meal. If we’re in the area again, we’ll be sure to be back!

Fantastic place!! Atmosphere and service was excellent!! We have had the stuffed avocado before and it was more then excellent. This time……the kitchen left the avocado in the skin/shell. We had to dig out the avocado to even eat it. Very Inconvenient process to eat that dinner. Also….the avocados were pretty small. It still tasted great.

After looking around for a place to eat and jumping to three different restaurants behind another family I found the cove and recommend it to them as we walked out of the last place we waited at for service. A local at the previous restaurant said great things ab it, ran into another local in the parking lot as the other family came up we all walked in and seemed to have enjoyed everything. There was live music, darts, a couple pool tables, outside seating and clean restrooms. I tried their speciality hurricane which was great, the stuffed avocado which everyone recommended. My husband had the burger, I took a bite and the char was great, and it tasted like it was cooked on a clean grill, IYKYK. Outside seating, friendly and attentive staff for only being three of them, fast service and a really cool hole in the wall environment. It was a great time. We ended up staying a lot longer than anticipated and watched a line form at the door and watched them just as expeditiously take care of it. 10/10 Recommend, we’ll definitely be back.

We tried this place for lunch recently and it was pretty good. We had our 3 year old with us. There’s not much to pick from for kids, but she enjoyed the chicken bite appetizer. Great portion for the price. The stuffed avocado with tuna was excellent. The spicy shrimp wrap had great flavor. The sweet potato fries were tasty. They have 2 pool tables, a dart board, and a nice bar area. They also had a stage for live music. We would definitely come back.

We sat in the outside patio area after a rain storm and it was nice. They have a smoking section and a non smoking section out there. The service was great, the food was amazing. We got a basket of fried pickles with fried jalapeños in it with their homemade ranch dressing and I got the fish tacos with home made potato chips……. very delicious!! 10/10

Awesome hamburgers! Word of mouth recommended by long-time area patrons at a separate, hugely popular bar and grill nearby. So we tried this place because the hamburgers were said to be amazing, and that’s exactly right. Great food, quick and friendly service, super atmosphere. Glad we visited!

This was our first visit to The Cove and what a treat!!! Gina was our server and she was incredibly fun and engaging! Had us smiling the entire evening. Our burgers were fantastic and cooked perfectly. Great atmosphere – especially during a football game. You can tell the locals love this place. We do too!

It was a great experience! Everything we ordered was amazing! Staff was friendly. We had fried pickles and jalapenos, a burger, buffalo chicken salad and a Moscow mule. Live music -Jesse Bumann was perfect- just the right loudness and relatable songs. Great voice. This is a MUST for our next trip to Gulf Shores!
