The staff are incompetent and unable to pay attention to detail. They have you pull forward when no one is in drive through line. Then to find out missing food, cold food, and why do they even bother asking about sauces when they don’t give you adequate for the meals you got or even the correct ones. Now I’ve been made to pull forward the only way to get it corrected is to go around and do it all over again but now there is a line or to go inside. I purposely do drive through not to have to go inside and haul all the carseats in. So I cut it as a loss and move on. But not to mention the PRICES are INSANE to be paying for GARBAGE CAN FOOD. (This review is from multiple experiences) I can’t say I have had a positive experience at this location. I will not be back.

The food was great, but I was extremely taken aback by the service. The woman behind the counter was swearing and seemed to be having a very difficult day. I completely understand that everyone has rough moments, but it created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone in the restaurant. Other customers and I exchanged looks because it was just so unexpected and unprofessional. I truly hope management addresses this, because it completely overshadowed what could have been a great visit. Do not plan on visiting this location again.

I just got a cheeseburger deluxe at the drive thru on Apple. The burger wasnt done, raw inside. So disappointed. I couldn’t eat it. Just a heads up! Make sure the burgers are well done!

Apple Rd Arby’s is worth the visit. Excellent service and made to order food is fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this Arby’s to friends and family. And don’t forget to look for their coupons for great deals.

I went to this location to acquire one (1) thing and one (1) thing only- Mozzarella sticks; or, as Arby’s dubbed them, “Mozzarella Fries”. I went with a few friends. We pooled our hard earned US dollars and procured a few morsels for ourselves. I distinctly rememember inquiring about recieving a few extra marinaras- this will be important later. After we had paid, we had driven to the window, at which the food was to be presented to us. To my understanding, we had recieved all that we had requested of Arby’s, including the extra marinara. To this, the kind employee at the window obliged. However, after recieving our bag of goodies, we ventured homeward. It was not until we looked deeper within the bag that we discovered the “Mozzarella Fries” were nowhere to be found. Alas, there was not one, not two, but THREE, marinara sauces in the bag. This indicates to me that the employees knew that there was slated to be a six (6) piece mozzarella fry in the bag. I watched, hungrily, as my colleagues consumed their morsels; and had nary a mozzarella fry to speak of. All I request of this Arby’s is that they take care not to inflict this same emotional distress upon the next unwitting mozzarella consumer.

Just went through the drive thru and had the worst experience I’ve almost ever had… I never leave reviews but this is ridiculous 2 times in a row now I’ve ordered something and got the wrong thing the 1st time I didn’t notice until I got home and was upset but thought whatever mistakes happen. We’ll today I ordered a burger got the wrong burger went inside to get a fix and proceeded to make the wrong burger and the crew members working had to ask me multiple times for the same 2 instructions I already made clear. Do not waste your money this $15 experience was GARBAGE DO NOT COME HERE IT IS A WASTE OF TIME Apple Ave.

I just placed a pick up order and got home to realize i was missing a side order. I called to ask if they had it ready and just happened to forget to put it in the bag. She explained it didn’t pop up on the screen and that she would be happy to make us a fresh one to go for the trouble.
