I eat here occasionally for the salad bar and yummy fried chicken!!! The service is always friendly. The staff always keep the food coming and the tables cleared. Except for tonight. The staff did nothing to keep the dining areas cleared and cleaned. Not one staff member was clearing the tables with several stacked high plates on the them!!! Guest were having trouble finding a cleared and cleaned table to dine at. I was very surprised by this. I realized that the gentleman who is usually there, possibly the owner who’s always friendly and curtious to the customers, was not seemingly there. I felt if he was, the dining area would have been clean as usual. Disappointed by the staff not doing their job to the dining areas and the customers.

Buffet was good, but limited pizza choices. We asked 3 times about the dessert section and we were there for about 45 minutes with arcade time. They finally brought dessert out when we were ready to leave.

Went to fun zone for the first time and I would like to give a shout out to Olivia. She was an amazing employee and helped me with machines and also took out prizes from the case to show me what they looked like. She was extremely polite and on task. She is excellent. Would definitely recommend going there. I will definitely be going to pizza ranch fun zone again because I had a great time and I got excellent treatment by Olivia! Great work Olivia, keep it up! You made mine and my kids day great!

Just got there for lunch this day. Everything was hot, the chicken was juicy, the potatoes were super yummy (which i need the recipe for those tators Pizza Ranch). After finishing all that I couldn’t eat anymore. I did take a bite out of the new Chicken, bacon, ranch pizza and that was really good. Being the second time there, I will be back many more times.

Girlfriend and I came in for dinner tonight and asked the employee working the register if we could look at the food on the buffet first as the last time we were here, everything had been sitting out for a while and we waited about 20-30 minutes for new food on our last visit. The employee tonight said she was working on putting new pizzas and other new food out, but I didn’t see any of that happening the whole time we were here which was about 30-45 minutes. I ordered a taco pizza and waited about 20 minutes for that. Same employee from before informed me that it was ready to eat, but it was sitting on the buffet. What happened to them being brought to the table for everyone to enjoy before it goes to the other customers? If there had been more people here, I never would have gotten the pizza I ordered. I don’t plan on coming back anytime soon. I’d much rather drive to the Stevens Point location. The chips on the taco pizza were stale and the crust was also burnt and inedible. Won’t be returning.

Stop in they didnt seem to have food ready and when they put out the chicken it was raw got chicken 3 times and all was raw and told one of the workers they like yea it happens alot. Was very disappointed in food and service. We had 8 of us and we paid alot for food that wasnt done and there were lines waiting for food so as soon as a pizza came up and u not in line u had to wait in line for the next one

We took the grandkids to Pizza Ranch in Weston on Monday, 1/19/26. We were hoping for some different variety on the buffet, but it was the same old boring stuff. We had never been to the Fun Zone, having been told by friends and family that it was quite expensive but thought we would check it out since we were there. How disappointing! Out of all the games there, MAYBE half were in working order and out of those, only SIX gave out tickets to redeem for prizes. Mind you, there was also a good sized birthday party going on, so trying to play anything to get tickets was even more limited. If you’re looking for a place to play games to redeem tickets for prizes with your kids/grandkids, go to WOW. It’s so much more worth it.

Was expecting to be able to have pepperoni pizza but there wasn’t any when I got here around 6 but I thought they’d probably bring one out soon since there was an empty spot so I just had some of the cheese which there was only a half of one pizza that was cheese. After like 10-15 minutes I checked again and the cheese pizza was out, the other half was barely touched, and the empty spot was filled by a second mushroom pizza when the other one was still like half left. Around 6:40 I had given up and we were gonna leave when I checked one last time and they finally had some pepperoni pizza, a single half cheese half pepperoni pizza, I ended up taking like half the pepperoni side and when we left around 10 minutes later the pepperoni half was pretty much not there (just some pepperoni that was attached to the cheese half)

3 people looked out at the line of people waiting to pay and be get their 1 cup to start the dinner. Pizza selection was small and lacking. Regular buffet was full and hot. Deserts were good and quickly stocked. Ice cream was creamy. And the best worker was cleaning tables and being friendly with the customers. He was the only one we really noticed that was trying to make the experience good for everyone,(sorry sir forgot to get your name) 2 adults and 2kids $70+… lot more than expected… few recommendations for the owner would be… more pizza selection than regular selection, it is a pizza place after all… let the customers get their cups as they need to. Handing out cups and having customers refill the same cup over and over is a germ spread situation. And I didn’t see anyone clean the soda machine for cups that were touching mouths.. and finally, don’t make people wait to pay. Any of those 3 people that poked their heads out should have gotten the right person in front of the register before we even got to it.. take a field trip to the PizzaRanch in Marshfield. They are running a great place.

Pizza was dry, definitely not fresh and we were there at prime lunch time on a Friday. Fried Chicken was greasy and oil tasted old. Salad bar pickled beets were on the edge of fermented.
