East Coast Wings in Thomasville is hands down one of my favorite places to eat! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Their wings are amazing — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the variety of sauces is incredible. Whether you like mild, sweet, or blazing hot, there’s something for everyone.
The service is consistently great, too. The staff is friendly, attentive, and they always make you feel welcome. You can tell they care about their customers. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and has a nice family-friendly atmosphere — perfect for watching a game or grabbing dinner with friends.
I’ve tried a few different menu items and have never been disappointed. The burgers are delicious, the fries are always hot, and the portions are generous.
If you’re in the Thomasville area and craving good food with even better service, I highly recommend East Coast Wings. It’s a local favorite for a reason!

Ordered takeout just to get it home and find out it was wrong. Husband called back to inform them, then went to pick up what we thought would be a replacement. When he got home the second time, we realized all they did was heat up the food he brought back and gave it to us again. Also, we received a wing that someone had already taken a bite out of. Great way to spend $50!

We usually enjoy eating here. My wife loves the Philly cheese steak flatbread. When the server brought it out, it was on a hoagie roll. She told the server it was supposed to be on flatbread, and was told they were out of flatbread. She ordered nachos as a replacement. They were very light on beef and slathered with salsa. They were not good, not to mention the rest of us were about done eating when she finally got them. My boneless wings were good and tasty, but the fries seemed old. I had to get up and go ask for water after id already requested it twice. They weren’t even busy yet as it was only about 3:15. Disappointing visit.

We hit this place after the Panthers game over the weekend on the way back from Charlotte to Burlington. As Buffalo natives we are always curious to see what people are doing with wings and especially in the south. We give this place a two thumbs up. The wings are the perfect size not jumbo and came out without requesting extra crispy with the perfect crisp. Their regular buffalo sauce was their own it seemed and was good. The blue cheese they are using was credible. Only downside I would say was you could taste the draft beer lines need to be cleaned. There’s no real vibe here, but we were just going there to eat. And so for us we would go back anytime. Keep doing what you’re doing especially with all those wings.

East Coast in Thomasville went above and beyond when Door Dash dropped the ball. The kind lady I spoke with even made a call to DD to assist with getting it resolved. She was apologetic when it was not their fault but determined to resolve it where I got the food and was satisfied. Customer Service was above and beyond. Food was fresh and delicious as always.

I love Ms. Tammy. She’s old school. Don’t need a note pad, just tell her your order and she’ll bring it out when it’s done. She constantly checks on you. Love her.
I love their hamburgers, well pretty much everything they have. I like you try something different but it’s hard sometimes when you’re craving something different.

First time here… Was very busy. Server was really good and patient. Food quality was slightly mixed but as expected. There were many kids here this night. Good kid menu, which included wings, and healthy sides like applesauce and vegetables. Regular prices were fair, (on Wednesday they had kids eat free one per adult).

I usually go to the one on Peter’s Creek Parkway but some my grandkids live in Thomasville. The food at this location was so much better and we did not have to wait long for our food. Our server Nyah was very attentive. She gave us really great service. I will definitely go back to this location.

My husband and I recently ate here for the first time, and we enjoyed it. The menu is pretty big, but not overly. Our appetizer, the pretzel bites, were delicious. So fresh that they were too hot to eat immediately, and the combination of them and the cheese dip was excellent. My husband got three different sauces on boneless wings, and two of the three were a hit. The garlic honey and the barbecue sauces were great, but the Thai one was very runny and basically amounted to some flavorless liquid on good chicken. It was interesting, to say the least. I got a Voodoo chicken sandwich, which I enjoyed – I do caution that it’s just a little bit spicy. The quality of the chicken was great, which has been an issue with several restaurants lately. Service was good and timely. The laid back ambience of the restaurant was nice as well.
