Where do I begin. I originally had the privilege to dine at this amazing restaurant for a board dinner. (2 days ago). The lobster bisque was so delightful I had to have it again before returning home from my conference. The service was exceptional and my drink and food came out so fast. I had not tried the wedge salad but my fellow conference attendees said it was to die for. I must apologize for the lack of picture on the lobster bisque; as you can see I couldn’t wait!!
The salad equally amazing.

You will have to come check out this awesome place for yourself.

The Palm is on the rotation the next time I am in Nashville.
When you come ask for Dylan, Mitch, and Phil.

Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. ❤️

The Palm Nashville delivered one of the best dining experiences my wife and I have had, not just in Nashville but anywhere.

We have dined at several high end restaurants in Nashville, including Bourbon Steak Nashville and The Catbird Seat, and while those places are excellent in their own right, the overall experience at The Palm stood above the rest.

From the moment we sat down, the attention to detail was obvious. The house bread with their house butter was excellent and immediately set the tone for the evening. We started with the seared sesame crusted tuna appetizer, which was phenomenal. Fresh, perfectly prepared, and well balanced, it was the kind of dish that makes you slow down and enjoy every bite.

For our entrées, I ordered the filet and lobster tail, both cooked flawlessly and full of flavor. My wife also had the filet, which was equally outstanding. We shared the Brussels sprouts, which paired perfectly with the meal. The portion sizes were ideal for just the two of us. Not too much and not too little. We left feeling completely satisfied without feeling overly full, which is something we truly appreciated.

One detail that meant a great deal to us was how seriously the staff handled my wife’s shellfish allergy. They took extra precautions to ensure there was no cross contamination, clearly communicated with the kitchen, and made us feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire meal. That level of care went well beyond what we typically experience and speaks volumes about the standards they hold.

For dessert, we shared the key lime pie with espresso, which was the perfect ending. Light, refreshing, and not overly sweet.

What truly elevated the entire experience, though, was the hospitality. Our server was warm, attentive, and professional from start to finish.

Andrew, the general manager, was exceptional. He took time out of his evening to personally speak with my wife and me, making us feel genuinely welcome. He shared the history behind the iconic photos lining the walls, explaining how they originated from newspaper clippings tied to The Palm’s first location. His presence, professionalism, and attention to guests clearly set the tone for the entire staff, and the care shown throughout the night was a direct reflection of his leadership.

My wife and I have traveled extensively and dined at hundreds of restaurants across the country. Without hesitation, The Palm Nashville is easily in our top five of all time. If you are looking for an unforgettable experience that delivers incredible food, atmosphere, history, and true hospitality, this is the place. We will absolutely be back!

10/10 Thank you Mitch for the wonderful service. This restaurant is tucked away from the busy Nashville strip right across from the Nashville predator sports complex. A restaurant rich with history. Cozy upscale atmosphere but not too serious. I felt a little under dressed. The staff making you feel like you stepped into the 20’s -50’s with their polished suits. The walls covered in the proud heritage of music icons. Let’s talk about the food. We ordered a lobster bisque, side salad and lamb shanks with a truffle risotto. The drink was a peachy keen. The consistency was perfection. The lamb was prepared medium rare. Perfectly seasoned. The risotto by itself was buttery and the truffle is an acquired taste. By itself I wouldn’t have favored it. The combination of the lamb and risotto. A perfect combination. Balanced out the truffle with the char and seasoning with savory meat. The salad was refreshing. Heart of palm, very fresh tomatoes and a tangy vinaigrette on mixed greens. The lobster bisque wasn’t overly hot. Very creamy and the lobster was generous. The peachy keen was a nice pair with the lamb. Not overly sweet. Mild in liquor and I felt it was a nice compliment with the risotto. All together we spent 120 dollars. Worth every penny.

My cousin Jessica, and I decided to get off the beaten path of Southern Broadway and sit down to a delicious steak dinner. We chose the right place. The steaks were perfectly prepared, and the side dishes (that are meant for sharing) were delicious! Our waiter Brian was AMAZING and attentive, even bringing us an hors d’oeuvre didn’t order “just because he wanted us to have a taste”. We didn’t save room for dessert, but if you do decide to have dessert, be prepared for leftovers. The couple across from us each ordered a slice of cake… and each individual slice could have easily fed a family of four! Wow.

The food was amazing. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. If you like truffles I recommend getting the add-on with your steak. Even the side salad was fantastic. Worth the hefty penny. There was a big drunk party sitting next to us (we were also a large party) in the center of the room. My coworkers said a couple of the other people were actors and a fight had ensued between them and the very intoxicated, loud women. My back was turned and I was in happy bliss over my well made cocktail and food to be honest, so no more details to spare… plus the staff quickly rushed them out of there so fast, I barely noticed. Very impressed.

My boyfriend brought me here to celebrate my 22nd birthday, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, both the manager, Dylan, and our server, Brian, were incredibly polite, patient, and attentive, clearly taking great pride in making our night at The Palm truly unforgettable. Greg, another server was no different, brought out drinks, and did well on my Pink Berry Sangria. He was knowledgeable on the food I ordered and even gave me the history behind bone marrow, which I found intriguing because I’ve never had it until tonight. I ordered the Osso Bucco and Tiramisu, and both were absolutely delicious. We were treated as if we were longtime regulars, which made the evening feel even more special. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, creating the perfect ending to my birthday celebration. We will definitely be back!

This restaurant is phenomenal.
The decor here is very interesting with hand painted portraits and famous signatures. The restaurant was very loud, definitely not a quite date night spot.
The menu is incredible. Everything sounded amazing. We did try A LOT.
Apps:
Meatball- very good. Enough for a few to share.
Shrimp cocktail- 4 huge shrimp.
Seared Tuna- our table finished this very quickly. Delicious
Carpaccio- finly cut tender and flavorful. Although a huge plate full, we could have eaten more!

Meals- most of our table got different cuts of meat.
Tomahawk- very good, cut tableside.
Filet + Ribeye- rated highly at the table but the filet wasnt as tender as expected.
*cowboy butter is VERY salty*
Veal parm- bigger than the Tomahawk! This is like 40oz of cheesy Veal goodness. Definitely shareable

Desserts- portions are massive!
Chocolate cake- to die for
Carrot cake- not too sweet. Very good
Mini donuts- very filling.

Bonus- we had an amazing waiter that was patient with our big group.. his attentiveness, knowledge, and professionalism was the best ive seen in a while.

Highly recommend

From start to finish, my experience at The Palm Nashville was nothing short of spectacular. Our amazing waiter, Spenser, made the evening feel extra special – attentive, knowledgeable, and effortlessly charming.

We kicked things off sharing a perfectly crisp Caesar salad, then I indulged in the phenomenal seared sea bass – perfectly cooked, delicate & bursting with flavor. My guy went for the penne alla vodka with pancetta, which was rich, comforting, and absolutely satisfying.

We couldn’t resist sharing the lobster mac and cheese, which was indulgent, creamy, and decadently cheesy – a true showstopper. To finish, we treated ourselves to the classic tiramisu, which was the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable meal.

From the food to the ambiance to Spenser’s impeccable service, The Palm Nashville is an absolute must for anyone looking for a luxurious dining experience in Music City. I’ll definitely be back – it’s that good. ✨

We recently held a team dinner at The Palm, Nashville while attending a conference downtown, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm Southern hospitality and an inviting atmosphere that made everyone feel welcome.

The food was absolutely phenomenal—perfectly cooked steaks, fresh seafood, and delicious sides that had the entire table raving. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The cocktails and wine selection were equally impressive, offering something for every palate and pairing seamlessly with our meals.

What truly set the evening apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. They anticipated our needs, ensured every guest was taken care of, and helped create a relaxed, enjoyable environment that allowed our team to unwind and connect.

If you’re in downtown Nashville and looking for a top-tier dining experience—whether for a special occasion, a professional dinner, or simply a night out—The Palm is a must-visit. It made our team dinner a memorable highlight of the trip!
