Gina’s Seafoods Restaurant in Bacolod City: Savoring the flavors of …
Reviews
They are definitely jam-packed during lunch time but finding a table was easy enough and service was still fast.
Everything we ordered was spot-on but the highlights for me were the grilled blue marlin, garlic buttered shrimps and crabs. The fish was so fresh with juices still coming out. The shrimp and crab portions were so big and the garlic butter sauce was flavorful enough and just right.
Before we left Bacolod, we even had our lunch there and I guess that says a lot how worthy the food is. Will definitely be back for more!
Best scallops I have ever eaten. The crab and tempura shrimps were excellent too.
The price is very fair for this quality food. Just go, you will not be disappointed.
Perfect spot for a casual seafood feast with friends or family!
All the dishes we ordered were only 1/4kg.
Fresh seafood!
Friendly staff.
They serve free soup that was also good
Upon arrival, staff insisted on changing my chair. I wasn’t assisted at first and only got help after I started moving it myself, which made me uncomfortable and unsure if it was because I’m plus-size.
During our first visit last August, we were able to order directly from the staff. This time, we were firmly told to go to the palengke section to place our order, which was inconsistent and confusing.
While ordering, my husband initially agreed to a half order of buttered shrimp after staff insisted it was “just enough.” Less than two minutes later, we asked to change it to 1/4, but were told it was already processed and couldn’t be changed. That felt unreasonably fast.
We waited over 45 minutes for our food despite ordering only buttered shrimp, adobong pusit, and grilled blue marlin. The blue marlin itself took five follow-ups, and we were later told it wasn’t properly taken down by the server, yet were assured it was “ongoing,” which added to the frustration hence we decided to cancel the order.
The food is good, but the service and consistency really need improvement.
Everything we ordered was super good: from the thick slabs of grilled blue marlin, to the sinigang na snapper jaw.
This place is always packed. Good thing we found a table right away.
The seafood dishes were fresh, flavorful, and generously served. Everything was cooked just right, and you can really taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The menu offered a great variety, so there was something for everyone to enjoy.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. Service was smooth and efficient, which made the overall experience even better. I would definitely recommend Gina’s Seafoods Restaurant to anyone craving delicious and satisfying seafood in Bacolod
