Huge shout-out to the morning shift at this Burger King. I witnessed them go above and beyond to help my father, who is a U.S. Marine who is currently disabled by bringing his food out to him and taking the time to share a genuine, heart-to-heart moment.
It wasn’t rushed or forced—it was pure kindness and respect. Seeing that level of compassion and care truly made my day and reminded me that great customer service is about people, not just food.
I will definitely be coming back to this location. Not only do they respect and value everyone, but they truly create a sense of family with their guests. welcoming people with open arms. Especially with how the world is today, this kind of warmth and humanity means everything.

I want to recognize Maddie at Burger King for truly exceptional customer service. I walked in with two very energetic, hungry toddlers — the kind of situation that can easily become stressful — and Maddie handled everything with calm, kindness, and professionalism.
From the moment we walked in, she warmly welcomed us and immediately caught the boys’ attention. She made crowns for each of them, turning chaos into smiles within seconds. She took extra care with our order — including our SpongeBob meals — and didn’t hesitate when I asked for everything fresh, with different customizations on each burger (two with no veggies, one with crispy onions, bacon, and BBQ sauce). The cheese bacon tots were absolute perfection.
Our food came out fast, fresh, and exactly right. Before I knew it, my boys were happily sitting down and eating — giving me a rare and much-needed moment of peace. After they finished, they were so full and content that their “toddler storm” quieted completely.
Maddie is truly a “toddler whisperer” and a saint to parents everywhere. Her patience, attention to detail, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful visit into a wonderful experience. This is the kind of employee who represents the Burger King brand at its very best — I hope corporate recognizes and appreciates her.

Huge shout-out to Juanita and her amazing team! The food was fresh, and they communicated clearly about my wait time. Kenzie helped me get the best deal for my family, and Ziyah made my kids smile by handing out crowns while we ordered.
They went above and beyond by bringing our food to the table, checking if we needed sauces, and providing a highchair when they noticed I was struggling while waiting for my husband. When we finished eating, Ziyah even handed me to-go bags and was so kind about the mess my toddler made.
On top of all that, they handled a rush of school kids with patience and professionalism and worked amazingly well under pressure during peak rush hour. This team truly deserves a raise for the level of care, teamwork, and customer service they provide. Outstanding experience—we’ll definitely be back!

I ordered on the kiosk and waited an I exaggerated 25 minutes for my food. This was after I waited 10 minutes in the drive through and decided to back out because the line wasn’t moving. I ordered a Whopper with cheese and was not surprised to see they forgot the cheese. The fries were undercooked. Nothing was right about this experience.

I had had an issue with an order I place at the Burger King on Maryland and I called this location to see if they can help with my situation, not only did I receive a number to cooperate but I also received amazing customer service from the phone call to the service in person were alll exceptional ! Juanita was quick to apologize for the other restaurant experience as they are all cooperate and they know about this other store , they said they apologized on behalf the horrible service I received at the Burger King on Maryland & the bad customer service I received from other workers at the other Burger King location ! Tre’s phone etiquette was exceptional! & Lalas amazing service just completely turned my horrible experience into something memorable! Thanks for making my night the right way ! I will definitely let corporate know how exceptional you all were ! Thanks for making my SpongeBob meal exciting !

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and an ice cream cone. There was a little bit of a wait maybe 5 minutes but it was lunch rush so I didn’t really think anything of it.

I ordered in the drive thru and had to park to wait on a ‘fresh fish sandwich.’ my order came out decently quick but when I got home, the fish was hot but the bun was burnt and there was nothing except for the fish patty on the bun. No tarter sauce, no cheese, just a fish patty on a burnt bun. If 8 wasn’t so tired I would have taken it back but instead I’ll know not to visit this restaurant again.

Pulled into the parking lot and made an online order. Then, pulled up to the drive-through speaker to ask if I should pull forward. The young lady was Very friendly & informative. And by the time I got to the drive-through window, my order was ready. The burgers were very well made and tasty, and the young lady’s customer service was spot-on. Couldn’t have been a better experience.
