I’m an EMS professional in the area, and when I stopped in I mentioned it was my birthday. They surprised me with three free donuts, and when I told them I wanted to buy two dozen for the station, they gave me an unbeatable discount. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We got a 6 pack of the DC Superhero donuts late at night. One of the group dropped their donut and the staff replaced it. Great customer service. Who doesn’t love a Krispy Kreme!

The donuts are good, but they’re always out of new items, it’s rarely that we get all special or limited flavors and their lobby is always closed early. There are people who still like to sit down & enjoy their donuts and coffee.

One message to Corporate : heard from a couple employees saying that at the end of each night, donuts are thrown away. Is there a way you can work to donate food to the needy or homeless shelters instead of wasting them?! Hope this message gets across to the decision makers.

Over the past three months, I’ve made several trips—about 40 miles each—to the Krispy Kreme in Fairview, and each visit has been increasingly disappointing.
• October: I drove out twice during the work week only to find the location closed at 9 a.m., which was unexpected and inconvenient.
• November: I experienced rude customer service in the drive-thru, was told “we don’t open the lobby,” and received the wrong order.
• Most Recent Visit (Friday): Every “new” donut displayed on the drive-thru menu was unavailable. When I attempted to order glazed donuts instead, the employee taking my order was having a conversation with coworkers rather than acknowledging me. When I said I would just come inside to order, I was told again that the lobby isn’t open. I had to drive up to the window to place my order.
Overall, the customer service has been consistently poor, and the location appears disorganized and poorly managed. After multiple long trips and repeated issues, I’m extremely disappointed.

Bryant and the older gentleman who works nights with golds are extremely great to me every time I come by they have great customer care they always have a smile and stay polite the only I want to complain about is my chocolate cake donuts we need them back lol I think they other team is great too bc everytime we go there they always working with humorous energy towards one another thank you.

I was really looking forward to getting a donu. Since I haven’t had Krispy Kreme in forever.I went through the drive through and had to place my order twice since the girl didn’t hear me the first time and all she said, after I said I wanted to 6 donuts and what donuts they where was to pull up front to the window. I told her that I would like to get a drink and she mumbled something and said they don’t have them. I said OK and she said pull up front. I got to the front. They were blasting music inside the building .She ripped my card out of my hand and then handed me the box to doughnuts. They almost fell right out of my hand because she pretty much threw them at me.I was very disappointed and then when I opened the box of donuts are just as disappointing as she was none of them were fully glazed and they all seem to be quite old.

We ordered 24 donuts….12 glazed and 12 mixed. The young lady who took our order was very confused and had a very hard time comprehending our order. It was very frustrating as a customer especially in drive thru. The donuts were fresh but we still did not end up with 2 donuts we requested.
