I love the pizza, but every time we go to the buffet there’s NEVER cheese out!! Then multiple times we’ve asked for a cheese to be added to the buffet (not a personal one because I don’t like the small pizzas they have). And twice even specifying a buffet not personal, they’ve made a personal tiny pizza.
The two most popular pizzas are cheese and pepperoni, there should always be one of each out

We always loved going here when craving pizza but after a completely botched delivery order, we’re done. Manager didn’t care. I was told if I wanted it corrected to just purchase it all again. Lol what? So do ANOTHER $60 order if I want what I ordered, no thanks.

It was the nastiest pizza ever. There were no pizza options and every time they put pizza up there it was pizza that have been sitting then I spent 20 something dollars on wings that were on steroids which were gummy and pink on the inside the lemon pepper wings were in a pool of grease and seasonings. Then, when something was said to the lady, she looked at me as if she did not understand. It is nothing like it used to be especially to spend $63 for a family of 4 three being children a complete waste of money. Don’t think I will look at Chicken, the same!

Me and my mom ate here for lunch before christmas shopping and it was just terrible. Pizza was alright at best.
The restaurant itself was just a huge mess.
Lights weren’t working
Tables were wobble
Half the tvs weren’t working.
Buffet was messy and not the best looking.
No service at the Buffet whatever so
Nobody said anything at the Buffet.
The manger seem nice as she did agree us at the door but that’s about it.
Sticking to the 64 location from now on.

Food is okay. Its a pizza buffet so it is what it is, not too bad. Customer service is terrible seems like we get overcharged for the kids every time we come here and have to go back for a refund. 3 and under is supposed to be way cheaper so it makes a big difference when coming with the whole family. To top it off this time the TV by our table switched to some absolute garbage with half naked women on it and I don’t want my kids seeing that so we went and requested they turned it off but the lady said no because “the manager is out of town” or something. We had to insist to get them to simply turn off the one TV by our table so the kids didn’t have to see that. Just overall disappointing this trip

My sister and I drove 11 hours from Georgia and ended up here for dinner. The owner was super friendly and he made sure I was satisfied with the pizza choices available. While chatting, he offered to make me his favorite pizza (pineapple, ham, spinach, and jalapeños)- photo attached. He even offered my sister a special cheese for her salad. Staff was nice. Laid back atmosphere. Great choice after our long exhausting driving day!!

Couldnt handle the saturday lunch rush. Out of plates, ice, coke was out of order. Charged me for a large soda when I asked for regular. The food was decent that was on line. Nobody asked if we wanted a custom pizza.

Food is okay for what your paying for but the place is absolutely filthy.. the bathrooms are atrocious. I took my family to eat there today and the both toilets in the women’s are clogged and can’t be used so I had to walk my daughter to Walmart to go use the restroom. Would of used the mens but an employee was on there playing on his phone.. they need help.

Let me preface this by stating my 5-star review isn’t because Cicis has the most amazing food. Nobody goes to Cicis for “haute cuisine.” People go to Cicis to eat cheap pizza until they explode for about ten bucks.
That said, this is probably one of the best Cicis I’ve ever been to. So, if you already know what to expect coming here, prepare to be pleasantly surprised because it’s just a little bit better than that. I’ve been to Cicis in the past that were dirty, where the pizza was a bit old on the line, and the desserts stale.
None of that was the case here! Everyone was super friendly, and the lady working the pizza line answered my questions without a rush and with a smile. The pizza and desserts were hot and fresh. The whole place was clean, and every plate I picked up from the buffet line was likewise clean. They had an employee continually walking the dining area, not only cleaning tables but taking empty plates and trash so they didn’t build up at your table. The iced tea was good–it can oftentimes taste tannic because the tea dispensers aren’t cleaned as well as they should be.
All told, I was very impressed and glad I came. And yes, I stuffed myself with pizza until I was about to explode for only about ten bucks.
