Tonight was an unacceptable experience at this location. The franchise Tacala should be ashamed of themselves. The restaurant was fully lit up outside and inside. It looked like the lobby might have been closed so I went to the drive-thru which was fully lit up as bright as a Christmas tree. I arrived at 6:51 p.m. and there were four other cars behind me all in the Drive-Thru. I waited 6 minutes and there was no one responding or talking on the intercom I drove forward and saw a single piece of paper on the drive-thru window saying that they were closed due to the weather or something like that. Well I fully understand things being closed with the weather, the point is they were so inconsiderate they couldn’t have made another single piece of paper and got off their dead butts and taped it on the drive-thru intercom. I left and when I was leaving the other four vehicles were sitting there probably, like me wondering what the heck was going on? It’s just very inconsiderate and lazy and poor business and none of us I’m sure felt valued as potential customers. What kind of manager would not have the common sense to make a piece of paper for the drive-thru. And then why would you leave every light on in the building making people think that it was open. A fifth grader could think about putting a note on the intercom. Very disappointing

Asked for extra creamy jalapeño sauce and yal drowned it so bad its dripping everywhere. I used to be a assistant manager in the food service industry and someone was mad they were working or feeling extra generous bc i kid you not theres about a half cup to 3/4 of a cup of creamy jalapeño sauce so i just KNOW yal gone have overuse numbers at the end of your week rip taste like sauce on a tortilla yal rude

Went through drive through and was quicker then most taco bells, did not have to wait at menu board before all other cars were gone. Guess other stores have to keep their times down.

I always seem to have issues with this tacobell in the past but the past month ive been going has been 100% better. I havent had to go back in and get anything fixed, there is a staff member there who always checks and makes sure its right her name is Ashley shes very kind and helpful. I choose to drive across town just because of the service. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Terrible customer service. Order was wrong and when trying to get it corrected the lady trashed the food I paid for and made me pay for the item that was missing. My girlfriends items didnt have the proper portions of food, her items weren’t warm and just and overwhelming sense of wasted money. Stay away from this unfriendly location.

The tall African American lady here has the worst attitude I think I’ve seen of anyone working at Taco Bell this side of the country. She acts like she owns the place, and accuses paying customers of getting smart when inquiring about to-go orders.

Last night I ordered from this location and they messed up both combos! They have yet to make it right or get in touch with me about making it right. $34 for nothing other than a drink and a soft taco. How hard is it to not put fiesta strips or sour cream on something? Apparently rocket science for these people. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere who cares about customer service.

This has got to be the worst location in Knoxville it’s 1042pm at night this is my 2nd time here tonight and they are literally taking orders one by one telling people to wait to pull up until they got the whole order ready causing the line to be back up around the building almost to the light. They closed the lobby earlier than they were supposed to. And on top of that they don’t answer the phone what so ever I don’t know who is managing at night time but they def need a whole new system and a team of workers that will actually work.

Had 3 different orders that I had to pick up for DoorDash. 1 order had a drink. I wanted to make sure the drink was with the correct order. So, I had the idea of telling him to put stickers on the drink and bag that went with the drink. But he wasn’t understanding what I was saying. So I took a sticker, ripped it in half, and put 1 half on the bag, and the other half on the cup. Yes, there’s name tags, but sometimes they like to come off. Well, when I took the sticker, he mumbled something, like “What a way to waste a sticker.” Yet when I asked him what he said, he didn’t respond. Bottom line, if you have the balls to mumble something about me, at least have the balls to say it to where I can hear. Last time I checked, I need to do my job right. Like y’all do. So sometimes I have to do things a little out of the ordinary. At least I didn’t have a hiccup because of me not doing my idea
