Had a fantastic experience at BurgerFi! Prices were incredibly fair and quality of meat was great also! The selections of beers, burgers and side dishes were large enough for me to visit and try something new each time. Best to visit BurgerFi is during the week where crowds are less.

I was very hungry and was looking for dinner options, near my hotel the market across the street had just closed at 6 pm and I decided to try this restaurant which was next door to my hotel. I didn’t realize they were closing at 7 and maybe they were in a hurry to serve people and start breaking down, regardless I was served burnt fries which I was charged over $4 each. So I wasted $12 bucks basically. The only saving grace was that the burger was actually really really good. I will never eat there again. The attitude of the employees was blah. No accountability. They ran out of lids for the drinks and really didn’t care. Total waste of my money. Next time I’ll avoid this place.

I have heard rave reviews of this place but as a Rhode Islander, I never had the opportunity to try it for myself. Well, tonight I stumbled across this location and knew we had to check it out. My fiancée and I both ordered the BurgerFi burgers and I had the Urban Style fries while she had the onion rings. I now understand the hype, this was one of the best and freshest tasting burgers I have ever had. I’m sure we will be back during our trip in Philly!

Chicken and burgers are great. Onion rings are tasty but large and hard to fit in the mouth. This location serves beer on tap and in cans. Pretty busy on holiday parade night, and the bench style seating was the only option because tables are more popular.

This is my 2nd time my first being in Miami. I was not disappointed and you will not be either. I ordered “The CEO” with fried avocado and urban fries and he got the Bacon Cheese with Cajun fries. Very clean inside and the smoke employees were friendly and helpful even with all my extra add ons. 5 stars wish i could give 6. Garlic aioli is the bomb!!!!

My sole purpose for visiting burger fi was to try out the beyond burger. I had been curious about it for a while and finally decided to try it. I am happy to say that it was delicious and am honestly quite surprised that the texture was so similar to beef. I also enjoyed the huge onion rings.

They is plenty of seating at this location with a mix of both high and low tables. If you are dining in, you post at the register and your food is served at your table.

I’ve had some if the best burgers the area has to offer. And BurgerFi was a slight disappointment. Service was cool but our cashiers switched places because of one not knowing how to make a milkshake…. I was not bothered by it just what would happen if it were only her? Next the Freestyle Coke machines were out of Coke… Hmmm. It was late but come on. For $2.97 and I can’t get exactly what I want is unacceptable. So the give you a buzzer for when your food is ready… One patron got her food brought to her and others had to come to the counter. Confusing again. I got the Ceo and it was tasty, also had Fry & Cry… (fries and onion rings) Fries were cold and sticking together which means they were reheated and sitting for a while. I would visit again at a different time or/and a different location and if it’s better change my rating as it is a chain.

This was my 1st visit & I ordered large onion rings because the cashier told me the regular size only had 3 onion rings in the order. I was impressed with the amount of onion rings in this order & the size of them, however they were only crispy on the outside (thin layer) & super thick amount of dough uncooked on the next layer. They were absolutely horrible & the worst onion rings I have ever had! I will never come back. What a waste of $ this was. I hope they don’t normally serve these uncooked dough onion rings like this to everyone.

I wanted to stop at Reading Terminal Market for lunch, but unfortunately because of Labor Day it was closed. This was right across the street, so we stopped here instead.

You order at the counter, they give you a buzzer, you find a seat, and wait for your food to be ready. We were there at 2:30 and it was pretty crowded. We had to wait over 30 minutes to get our food which is quite a while for fast food style.

I got the Breakfast All Day burger and a strawberry custard shake. Both were just ok to me. The burger was a pretty typical fast food burger with some special toppings. I thought it was a little pricey for the quality.

I probably wouldn’t come back again. The service was too slow and the food wasn’t good enough to justify the price.

The kid’s hot dog was burnt /charred so bad I had to cut most off so my gran could even eat it. And the grilled cheese was a bun piece of bread without any cheese I could see. I Spoke to someone at the counter and they just dismissed me. At there prices do better!!!
