First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

I stopped by First Watch and had a wonderful experience. It was just me, and there was no wait time at all, which made the visit even better. My waiter, Rome, greeted me with the gentlest smile—one that truly warms the holiday spirit. The food came out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious.

My daughter ENJOYS breakfast. So do I. But what always makes eating out better is GREAT SERVICE! Brea is top tier. I am always happy when we are seated in her section. She is friendly, and not phony. She is swift, intentional and tapped in. I gotta start ordering more than the hash. It’s soooo tho!

Took a while for someone to bring me to my table and it wasn’t packed. I initially wasn’t gonna stay, but was on a call when the young man came to escort me so I just went ahead. Two ladies came and asked about drinks nd I requested to sit outside and one of them seemed annoyed but agreed. Took me to a table that was evidently not wiped off so I asked if I could have something to clean it. They sent someone who sprayed and wiped the one spot and he was not careful to spray into the rag so whatever cleaner it was got on everything it could reach including me. The kale tonic tasted watered down, the food was bland and not hot. I was encouraged to get the waffles but wasn’t in the mood for sweet so I declined, but I guess I should’ve. It wasn’t a horrible experience. Workers, food, and environment just seemed mediocre and indifferent.

My steak & hash was more hash than steak. No where close to enough protein in the dish. My muffin was served cold and in a to-go box. Then I asked for it to be reheated and it still wasn’t warm all the way through. Only the tip of the muffin was warm.
