First visit and already impressed.
Stopped in today for the very first time to order pizza for a newcomer family, and the experience alone guarantees I’ll be back. The owner was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely on his A-game. I was randomly putting toppings together, and he thoughtfully stepped in with suggestions—mentioning what might end up too salty and guiding me toward options that would better suit the family. That kind of care and honesty is rare and so appreciated.
The shop itself was spotless, the service was warm and welcoming, and the family I gifted the pizza to was extremely grateful and happy. While I didn’t get to try the pizza myself this time, a frequent customer was there raving about the chicken wings (next on my list!) and casually mentioned that dill pickle pizza is a go-to here—which tells you everything about how creative and confident they are with their food.
This place clearly isn’t just about pizza—it’s about people, pride in the product, and great service. So glad I found it, and I can’t wait to come back and try everything for myself.

Honestly 10/10 experience.
So this was my first time ever ordering from here and I was not disappointed! It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a pizza place.
I ordered online last night to pick up at 10:30pm, I did get a call asking if I could pick up early because they were really short staffed and were thinking of closing early which was not a problem for me at all and the girl on the phone was very sweet and very apologetic for any inconvenience it might have caused, again I was not upset at all I understand things happen.
They were out of something I ordered but they were really good about offering a substitution or anything they could do for me, again it was not a big deal at all for me but I appreciate the effort to make it right!
Both the girl at the front and the guy in the back cooking were super sweet and had the most amazing customer service and the best attitudes given you could tell they were busy and overwhelmed
The pizza itself was honestly really good and I have no complaints, so I will 100% be back and realistically this will probably be my new go to place.

We ordered for first time last night. Got a pizza and 2 boxes of wings. All food was fantastic, wings were saucy like I enjoy. Got breaded and non breaded wings, all of it fantastic. Fast service, nice people. This will become our go to spot. And the price for all we got with the order was amazing. Nothing bad I can say, glad wings in the hammer led me here

Ordered 2 large special with wings and mozzarella sticks. Picked it up took 40 minutes that’s cool quality food takes time. Got it home pizza crust not fully cooked mozzarella sticks not even cooked patter is still soggy and cheese is cold. Not the best tonight for sure. We order from here all the time not sure will will continue:(

It seems the staff here has changed, and so has the quality of the food. Looks like it’s still the same owner, but the staff are the ones that actually make your food (for the most part).
Shawarma poutine was something I enjoyed from this location, but the last few times I’ve gotten it has been nothing but dissapointment.
Soggy fries, barely any chicken, drenched in watery sauce. Back in the day I would actually get nice pieces of chicken, now its very small bits, usually stringy. The hot sauce tastes different. The white sauce doesn’t have that nice garlic kick to it anymore.
Also it feels like the portion sizes went down too? Both for chicken and fries. In the past the container would be filled above the inner bowl area, now it barely reaches the same area. I’ve been coming here for years now so I can definetly tell it’s just not the same.
It really seems to be dependant on the staff. The owner/guy with the beard are the absolute best.. if its any of the new staff it’ll not be anywhere near as good.
Is it a training problem? Maybe the new staff just don’t care as much? I don’t know, I’m just sad my very local go-to has diminished so much.
Also, whats up with your website? The prices are wildly inconsistent.
For example, a large shawarma poutine:

Order in store: $11.99
On the new online ordering website: $14.99
So which is it?? I’ve been charged both prices already! 2-3 weeks ago I got charged 14.99, but the other day I got charged 11.99.
There is something going on here and I hope the owner can put his foot down to correct these quality control issues before other longtime customers start going elsewhere.

First time ordering from Famo Pizza and Wings and it was a great experience. They were clearly short staffed, but the owner stepped up and was doing everything; cooking, delivering, and making sure we were taken care of personally at the door. Even with a bit of a delay, the food still arrived hot and was delicious. The effort and customer service really stood out.
We’ll definitely be ordering from here again.

This place deserves all five stars! The pizza was hot, fresh, and full of flavour. Perfect crust. The toppings were high quality. The chicken wings were perfect, crispy , tender. Great flavour and cooked just right. Highly recommend.
