What a wonderful experience signed up for the Mcdonald’s app finally and rewards. Had a bomb breakfast after the gym! Great location, amazing staff. Super friendly and nice and go above and beyond. And they’re one of the only businesses around with old glory flyin beautifully.

This place is DISGUSTING. First of all the bathrooms are the nastiest I ever seen from a McDonald’s. How are they letting these people run this McDonald’s like this and not cleaning their nasty bathrooms??????? Second of all we were waiting forever to get our food and when we got it they gave us THE WRONG ORDER. I was trying to be patient but it gets to a point. Then when they finally give us the right order they messed up on our cheeseburger and there was HAIR IN MY CHICKEN SANDWICH DISGUSTING. Seriously ???? The worst McDonald’s I ever went to I am DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!! DONT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT NASTY FOOD.

Sadly, this is one of the most difficult McDonald’s in Ann Arbor. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt with fast food, but every time I go this particular restaurant, there are long lines, the ordering system is confusing, and not very helpful. The staff is busy in back, buy never present to help or ask questions. There is minor chaos in the store and always a long wait for service. The drive thru isn’t any better as the line stretches from multiple/multiple cars and never seems to move quickly enough.
The dinning area is clean enough, but again, no one really to help as everyone is in back area running around.
The food comes out at some point and usually its correct. Again, I try, but being in the particular McDonald’s, its just the same, time and time again. Plan on long lines and slight confusion when walking in. Their online orders are delayed as well, so ordering online doesnt guarantee your food to be ready when you arrive.
Its a McDonald’s, so it is what it is. Just expect some delays and hopefully you get the right order.

It’s -13 degrees outside – 9:30 am, and I was the only car in line at the drive through. I received courteous and fast service, a lovely, hot sandwich and hash brown, and the coffee was perfect as always. McDonald’s has the best coffee in town. I’m grateful everyone there showed up to work today.

Drinks never full.
Teas watered down.
You can never trust all the food to be there or the extra sauces they make you pay for or any sauce for that fact and straws for the drinks when ordering via delivery. (EVER!) Let alone drive through which is the absolute worst aspect of this location when it comes to complete and correct orders.
Response to customers standing at the counter trying to get there order fixed which they have already waited for entirely to long is next to none existent. Over all attitude poor and the vib is that the customer is the inconvenience when they come back in to have the order corrected.
This is not 100% of the time experience but more often then not this is the norm.
So customers be wear sit right at the drive through window and check ever bag because if you dont youll be walking in and waiting yet again to get your order or have to drive up to this store to have your delivery fixed.

I came in…took off a couple coats and sat down excited about another fantastic meal at McDonald’s…I ordered a large peppermint iced coffee and waited patiently when all hell broke loose in the form the manager Patrick…he told me…a paying customer…to ‘do something’ with my coats…. should I have placed them on the floor I asked? I then left immediately and will never be back…a paying customer should be able to place his coats anywhere in his ir her seating area….0 out of 5 stars … Patrick the manager has no right to tell a paying customer to place his coat on the floor

Horrible service. I think he was the owner but he closed and locked the door in my face even thought they say they are 24h. I understand 1:00 am is late for food but this is absolutely joke. Can’t believe I drove out of my way for that. You’re better off going to the Taco Bell, right next-door, their service was immediate and they were open at 1 AM like their sign says they are. Just idiotic behavior on the owner’s behalf if you ask me.

Idk why I keep coming back here. I haven’t gotten fries om a while since they are always short on the portion. I was feeling risky today so I ordered a large fries just to be disappointed again. The box was less than half full of fries. If I’m going to pay $4 for fries the box should be full. Not less than what would come in a medium.

Make sure to check your order thoroughly before pulling away from the pick up window. Two times in a row I’ve got the wrong order and gotten home with the wrong food. I contacted them both times by going back inside and getting the correct order, but there wasn’t even an apology or a proper response from management to my email.
