I was happy overall with my dining experience here. The dishes were flavorful and they charge a fair price for all the menu items here. Nice quality and selection with a fair amount of regional Vietnamese dishes from which to choose. I ordered the Pho Combination which was outstanding and very filling. I really enjoyed how the pho here is filled with a generous variety of meats such as tripe, beef tendon, steak, and Vietnamese style meatballs. I also ordered the fresh spring rolls. I liked the spring rolls themselves but I didn’t care for the peanut sauce that they were paired with. I also ordered the sticky rice for dessert which was pleasing. I enjoyed how the sticky rice was underneath a layer of delicious coconut pudding and then surrounded by a bed of coconut milk. It was a well thought out dessert. I also ordered the grilled beef Com Tom to go which my Wife enjoyed as well. I am very impressed overall with this restaurant. My friend whom I was with also enjoyed his dish!!

Duck leg noodle soup is a 5 stars. Sliced beef soup and chicken soup are 3 stars. Fresh rolls are 2 stars. Service was so slow even it’s a non-busy time. The environment didn’t make a good first impression. Without the duck leg soup, the max is a 3 stars.

Such friendly staff!! Amazing food! If you’ve never been here, stop looking for where you’re going to eat right now and take my word for it. You won’t regret it! I get the beef pho which of course is like fancy soup with delicious ingredients, nothing weird. Even tastes good the next day. I also indulge in the bang bang shrimp which is like long stretched out fried shrimp with yummy sweet sauce all over it. Hold by the tail and eat that baby and you’ll be a forever customer. The service has always been top notch, even if I show up with a friend 30 min til close to sit down and eat, they are very wonderful.

The spicy lemongrass beef stir fry was absolutely bursting with flavor. The pho broth is one of the best and the rice was really flavorful. Prices are great too!

Pho Quyen is a solid option for Vietnamese cuisine in Tampa.

The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, from their flavorful pho to fresh spring rolls and delicious stir-fried options.

The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is generally polite and helpful.

Despite some minor setbacks, Pho Quyen provides a pleasant dining experience that’s worth trying if you’re in the area.

This was my first visit to this location, my normal go-to is the one on Fowler, so I came in with high expectations. 🙂

Our server was wonderful and super helpful, attentive to me and my family’s needs once we had all arrived and were seated. I really loved that this location offers some different dishes on the menu as opposed to the other location, it changes up the experience a bit. (why yes, I am definitely eyeballing those stuffed calamari when I return.)

Now I came in with high expectations because I’m always treated right at the Fowler location, so I was comparing the two experiences a lot. My boyfriend was delighted that they offer pig feet/bone and blood chunks that can be added to the soups. My beef salad was cooked great and tasted great as always, with just the right amount of sweetness in the sauce and the meat being super soft.
The biggest bummer for me was that I always love to order a side of fried rice instead of plain rice with my beef salad, however this location was not so accommodating. I was told the only option I have would have is to order an entire entree of fried rice or no side at all, so that was definitely disappointing as that makes up for half my meal experience. The prices are also a bit higher here.

The shrimp appetizer is tasty, sitting in a sweet n sour type sauce with mayo over the top. It’s great for something small and quick, but I will be sticking to the summer rolls primarily.

Overall it’s worth a try! The place is very spacious and clean. Nicely decorated. I still prefer the other location, but there are some other items on this menu I believe are worth trying out when I return. 😉

Disappointed in the food. Fresh Spring rolls were hard, wings were overcooked and highly overpriced. $9 for only 4 super dry wings that were not anything special. Service was good though. So many better Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Will probably not come back.

Dropped in for a quick dinner on a weekday. The place was packed, service was quick. We shared fried rice with grilled curry chicken and lemongrass chicken. Quantities were huge and enough for 2 people to share. Food was very tasty, although I think the curry chicken had all the flavor and not the fried rice in itself. Will be visiting again

We had a very nice experience here. They have an extensive menu with many pho and soup options. We tried the artichoke hot and sour soup for an appetizer. The restaurant is very spacious and can easily handle larger parties. The service was very friendly, too.

We were looking for a place to eat and found this restaurant nearby. The place has a good size with plenty of seating, the food looks fresh and the staff are friendly. The menu has many options and when I return to Tampa I will return to this restaurant to try other options. I wanted to try the duck that was on the menu that day, but there was no more. So we got the Papaya salad, shrimp Bun and pork Bun ( better than the shrimp), the rice pasta was delicious. The cocktails are cheap around $6 each, I got Mango tea Boba. Great value for what you get. For us the Food quality is good and flavors are on point.
