When your looking for a nice place to unwind after hard work or just during the week, this is a great place. The food had gotten better with some tasty entries like Bacon Mac And Cheese Burgers, and or their Beer Cheesestake. The Margaritas are also fun and flavorful varieties as well. But the main thing that helps me come back is the atmosphere and the employees. My bartender, Marlana, was very kind and welcoming with great service and the manger on site, Skye, was very professional. I will be coming back!

I went there tonight and placed an online order that said it would be ready at 12:20 AM. I arrived around 12:30 AM. There were hardly any customers, but I still had to get the staff’s attention to receive my order.
My order included two orders of fries. One was ready and the other was not. I asked if I could get two fresh orders of fries, and they agreed, so I gave back the cold fries and waited in my car for about five minutes.
When I went back inside, I once again had to get their attention, even though there were no customers. I was then given one fresh order of fries and one cold order the same old fries I had already returned. One order had a decent amount of fries, while the other had very few.
I’m always polite and try to avoid confrontation, so I chose not to make a scene and instead share my experience here. I was very disappointed with the service. That said, the smash burger itself was delicious.

I’ve given this location 4 tries before this review. During lunch, Sunday during football games, a random afternoon, and a Monday night because I’ve been to other locations outside of Columbia with much success. Also did take out. All visits were underwhelming and disappointing. Wings were good each time, though. Service was OK, but servers are very inattentive. Food is overcooked or old. Orders not prepared as requested. Drinks are hit or miss. It’s just too many other places in the area that offer a similar menu and atmosphere for a much better experience. I personally will not return, but try for yourself. Good luck!

I had a really great experience. The food here was good. First time ordering from here since we moved to Columbia and I will definitely be back to order more. They got my order just right and the wings were exactly like how I like em. The cheesecake was delicious. Very satisfied.

I ordered thru the wild wings app. There wasn’t options to edit or advised the store of my changes. I called the location and advised that i wanted to add salt and vinegar to my fries and how the app didn’t allow me to make changes. The employee stated he will add the note to the order . When i arrived i asked for extra ranch the employee stated it’s in the bag. I told him i asked for extra being that i ordered 15 wings he said it’s already bagged. Me being in a rush because i had to get to work. By the time i go to work and checked my bag there was only one ranch with 15 wings. However the food was good the wings and fries. However the customer experience wasn’t the best. I would go back and order again however.

The place was packed on Saturday night, but we had excellent service and great food. Our waiter, Darrel, was attentive, friendly and personable. He did a great job and provided great service without hovering like some waiters do. It was just the right amount of attention without being intrusive. Very, very pleased with tonight’s dinner even though the place was crowded. A++++ for Darrel!

My most recent and last experience deserves less than 2 star. In preparation for a corporate event/birthday celebration, 150 wings were ordered one week before try he order was needed (November 2, 2925). Upon arriving to the Harbison Blvd location in Columbia, SC, at the scheduled pick-up time, my order was not ready. The staff was unprepared and I waited at least 5 minutes or so before grabbing someone’s attention for assistance. I waited 15 minutes for my order. Once t received my order, I noticed all 150 wings were with the wrong flavor!!!!!! The workers and the female manager were very unpleasant, didn’t apply it appeared as if I was a bother. They grabbed the wings and went to the back without letting me know how long it would take to correct the order or even if they’d be making g the corrections. I waited an additional 10 to 15 minutes. One the order was ready, the boxes were not presentable, sauce was leaking from the boxes, the celery and carrots were soggy and not fresh. The worry was terrible, late and not presentable for $206.00. I will share this via the google reviews and will never return. Please speak with the Caucasian female manager that worked Saturday, November 2 around noon. I’m sure she remembers.

It’s Tuesday early afternoon. Got to B-dub about 12:30 and sat in the bar are. We waited about 20 minutes before we left. We NEVER were waited on! The hostess came by a couple of times, and said our waitress would be with us soon…never happened. We left and went to Carolina Ale House and were seated immediately and have already ordered. No wonder B-dub hardly ever has any cars in their parking lot.
