“Scorchin’ Hot” sauce does not taste scorchin’ or hot, mostly just tastes like expired vinegar. Drive thru worker told me that it tasted like “scorchin hot” when I asked what the flavor was similar to in comparison to the now-cancelled buffalo and spicy ranch sauces, and her description was not true. She sounded nice as she lied to me through the speaker, though. 2/5 stars, bring back spicy ranch and also hire workers that can read ingredients on sauce container to tell me what they actually taste like.

Terrible customer service. For how expensive Wendy’s is the food should be fresh. My nuggets and fries were hard and nasty. I wonder how long they had been sitting there before they served them to me. They also messed up my order and didn’t give me the correct items. Go to a different location if you want good food. I will not be returning. Worst Wendy’s I have ever had.

Me and my family decided to go inside. We usually just go through drive thru. I was standing at the order counter. I knew ir would be kinda busy hence it being Sunday and lunch time. I stood there for about 5 minutes without anybody saying anything to me. And I know they saw me. I made eye contact with quite a few employees working behind the counter. So we simply left and went somewhere else.

I absolutely love their food. When you ask for a double cheeseburger they give you a double cheeseburger melted cheese and the meat is hot not like McDonald’s whether their cheese isn’t even melted and sloppy. Only thing I like sloppy is the meatball marinara sub from subway.

I ordered on Doordash due to my 82 year old grandmother being disabled. I get my order and it’s missing her lunch. Wendy’s is blaming Doordash for not checking the order inside a sealed bag… I had to go back and get it then get back home and my food is cold. They would not replace my order. I would go to Wendy’s often. Never again so disappointing.
