I ordered breakfast… chicken fried steaks, also ordered a biscuit as a side, requested for additional gravy. I was not advised that I would be paying for it, but that’s fine. The food presentation is fine; nevertheless, the biscuit is little, and the gravy requires a little seasoning. I requested an extra crispy hash, which was delivered. The waitress was working alone at the time, and she did an excellent job because the place was small, but it became busier just before I left. I awarded it a 4 because management should provide additional assistance at the time of day. It was Sunday around 10am.

I have stopped by 3 times since July (2 of the 3 stops were the Vending Machine).
I have received good customer service, but over the phone.
My 2nd trip (09/11) I had just missed them and used the Vending Machine. I was charged for 5 slices of pie and received 4 slices.
I called and was advised to email. Heard nothing back so I called again. Jessica was super nice and helpful.
I was requested to email again since the person that does Vending Machine refunds had just returned from vacation. I was advised to call back if I didn’t hear anything.
I used the Vending Machine again, but knew about the sticky doors and had no issues.
I have emailed twice and called 3 times now and still no refund of $4.99 for pie I didn’t get.

Super big & fluffy pancakes! They have marionberry syrup to put on them, as well as jam! Service was great, they kept checking in on us & the food was hot & quick. They have a nice ‘gift shop’ area where you can buy marionberry flavored items, which is cool! Lots of pies to choose from, this is a pie lovers dream! Something unique about them is they have a pie vending machine outside the restaurant!

We used to love going to this place. The pies are still good ( a little doughy on the crust but the filling is usually great) but, the food beyond that has always been mediocre. Now however, it is below a normal level of tolerable quality. Eyelashes and body glitter in the frys. Dry sandwiches. Understaffed service that is obviously frazzled. Cook working with free flying hair. Bathrooms are missing basic hygiene necessities (soap, paper towels, etc.)
Now understandably prices have increased but the quality of the food has decreased in more than an equal measure. It was beyond disappointing. It is sad that we will not be back to a place that had so many good memories for us in the past. I recommend skipping this place, especially if you have looked forward to it because of past experiences so you don’t ruin the memories.

The food here was excellent. We had a taco salad, burger, French dip sub, and chicken basket – they were all wonderful. The berry mustard at the table was a neat and tasty idea. They use large cut crinkle fries, which are our absolute FAVORITE. Prices were amazing, especially when we saw the portion sizes. We also got a pie to take with us! Only reason they missed the 5 star mark is due to some needed maintenance on furniture/building and dirty bathrooms.

Full menu, but we just dropped in for pie and coffee. The pie selection was great. I’ve had a lot of cream pies, but I’ve never seen marionberry cream pie anywhere else. It was so good! Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and the price was reasonable.
Ample parking, lots of seating. Everything was clean and the waitress was very nice and efficient.
I also enjoyed the little gift area. Lots of cute, unique items for sale.

We drove an hour and 15 minutes to try the pies from here.. We decided to hehe lunch as well.. The restaurant is a very nice little place.. Great service and the gift shop has lots of great things. They have pies and fillings you can buy as well.. Even a pie vending machine The food we had for lunch was just ok, lacking flavor Ave a little over cooked.. But the pies were delicious. Marion berry cream pie, coconut cream pie and triple berry pies all delicious.. Will stop by on our way to seaside for pie when ever we go that way..
