Rae is literally the bomb! Everyone has good customer service skills at this location! The food is fresh and they always keep their restaurant clean. I strongly suggest that you come to this location. There’s nothing like eating good food but it’s even better when the people making the food are happy to be there and taking their job seriously

I placed my order online for the 20% off & went inside. Jennifer at the front (average height & glasses) was so nice & conversational while I waited for my food, talking to me & an older woman there.
I just left, so haven’t tried my food yet, but I’m sure it’ll taste really good because good customer service usually makes food taste better!

Ordered on the mobile app but decided to dine in for lunch the order was ready when I arrived and the staff was very friendly the only thing I would say is the curly fries were cold however my jalapeno poppers and my mozzarella sticks were piping hot other than that a great lunch visit.

While waiting in line to order and the lady doing the front needed help with asking for assistance with getting the right amount back then a lady that was bagging stop and help the lady at the register and it was a nice gesture thought that was really handle easy. Always solid, frequent good deal, food tastes decent and the staff are professional. The Pilot Arby’s is more preferable but both restaurants are good. Pilot is 24/7 and the Broadway store is not.
