We had an amazing experience at Branch Neighborhood Grill in New Braunfels! The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the chicken fried steak, and was perfectly crispy, tender, and full of flavor. The portion size was generous, and the gravy was rich and savory. Everything tasted fresh and homemade.
The service was great, and we were pleasantly surprised that the wait wasn’t very long, even though the place had a good crowd. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot for a casual meal.
We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes highly recommend this place if you’re in the area!

Stopped by for a late lunch with our grand children.They love to play on the playground. We had to ask them to clean one of the many dirty tables outside. Our server struggled to be friendly after giving me an eye roll before she knew she was our server, I ordered grilled chicken and it was clearly precooked. Maybe even flash frozen. I could not eat it. Mashed potatoes were not fresh either. I doubt we will go back.

Great local spot. Great food – we’ve had the cheesesteak, burgers, fish and fries, salads and tortilla soup. All are very good. Good beer selection and they have a couple margarita machines up front, but no formal bar. Kids play area that is fenced out back that is great for little guys to let off steam. Friendly staff and service is usually pretty quick. Inside can get a little loud, but overall a place that we keep coming back. It gets crowded on weekends and dinnertime, so you know it’s good.

They charged $16 for the catfish order, asked what kind of fries, so I chose sweet potato fries, then found I was charged $2.50 extra for the sweet potato fries, but you can see from my photo I only received around 11 fries. And I was never told they were extra. The fish was good though.

Boy do I love this place. I’ve never had a bad meal or experience here. We’ve eaten here several times and have picked up to go orders for the family at least a dozen times. The service is always perfect. The food is amazing and everything is priced accordingly. We will be back again and again and again. Did I mention how much I love this place?

I’m from Wimberley and my neighbor and I drove over to Spring Branch to pick up some things and she suggested we stop by The Branch Neighborhood Grill. I had never been but I’m always up for a new adventure. The place is a little different. We ordered our food at the counter as soon as we walked in. We didn’t drink but if you do, that’s where you pick the drinks up as well. Free refills on the soft drinks. Anyway, we decided to sit outside and within minutes a waitress came over to check on us and complete our orders. The food came really fast. There is a play ground for the kids. The food was great the people were friendly and the atmosphere was super.

Given a gift card to this place for Christmas and decided to just only cash it in. Order when you come in, they give you a ticket, you give the ticket to the waitress upon sitting, and get your food. Interesting concept but it keeps the high turnover of the tables. We sat outside so we could watch the kids play at the playground.
Server was great! Food came quick and service is great. We ordered burgers for us both and quesadillas for the kids. They were all very delicious and savoury. Not a big fan of the small fries but they were good.

Well popular is an understatement, this place is always packed, but they do a good job of moving everyone through the ordering line and getting tables set up. So the crowd moves quickly. The staff is super nice. Our food was tasty and timely, especially for a busy Saturday night. There is also a playground out back. So if you have kiddos, it is great for them to play while you wait. Everyone enjoyed their food. And when there is a hiccup the staff is quick to fix it. Overall a great family place, fun with friends or a low key date.
