I paid $32 for raw meat. My daughter‘s chicken sandwich was super old dried out and wrinkle robbery. My Wife unfortunately ate her meal before she realized what happened. However, I have pictures and a video of us being served raw meat. I sat in that line and waited for my food, I was asked to pull forward and wait by The Rail like they were making my food fresh while I had other customers being served right in front of me My fries were stale mushy chewy some of them and my hamburgers are raw. My Wife is more than likely about to have food poisoning due to raw meat. This place is an extreme health hazard. I would not advise anybody to eat here.

Great breakfast experience. The place was nice, clean and well organized and using the app(which also saves a good bit of money. Ordered on the way there, picked a table and was served literally as fast as I could get settled in, Exactly how that is supposed to work. The server was fast and friendly and the food was made to borderline perfection.

Service was great. We went through the drive thru and we got our food in a timely manner. Coffee was fantastic. Great range of menu items with good prices. They have some deals on food so just ask. Fantastic prices on coffee

Disappointed!! My fish filet was horrible bread was hard and it tasted like they put it in the microwave….We did go around 12a but damn! Offer a limited menu don’t give out microwaved leftovers!! Wow Tennessee

Waited at the speaker for a minute without getting spoke to. Finally get around to get our food and he hands our drinks with the lids popped off over all every one we spoke to was rude and dismissive. If you’re going to work in customer service, be good at it

Did Not speak to customers in the drive through for more than 7 minutes. No one taking orders people drove off. At least could have acknowledged customers presence and said thank you for your weight. Please hold or something no apology no greeting acted like they didn’t want to take my order. Customer service 101 , epic fail. The food was not even hot after waiting more than twenty minutes.

Worst I have seen in a long time, dirty restrooms, took almost 10 minutes to place order and 15 mins to get food. Staff and Manager rude, lack of any manners, lady at the cash register asked her manager for help ringing up a new $6 classic meal and he would not help her just yelled at her to ring it up, she got upset and stormed off to the Ladies restroom and left customer standing there over 5 mins, customer was going to leave and manager finally came over, it took him several minutes to figure it out saying he did not know anything about the deal. No ketchup, had to ask manager for it and he says nothing but chucks 2 packets into my bag. Very poor customer service and lousy management. Was nearly run over by another employee in lobby and she did not even apologize or say excuse me. Medium fries were unsalted and they did not even fill up the box.I feel cheated and will never eat here again. Lots of other places will appreciate you and you business and money more than this excuse of a McDonald’s.

placed a mobile order on the app because its says their drive thru is open 24hrs , we get there and they say they are closed. so i asked how will i be refunded and the lady at the speaker rudely says because she logged out of the system she can’t help me and to check in 24hrs before i could ask anymore questions. i just wish to be refunded. pictures for proof of the website and order

Sat at the menu for about 10 mins before I could order. Paid for the food, got our drinks, and was given a buzzer that would indicate when my order was ready. Waited for another 20 minutes. Part of the order was wrong and the food was not fresh.
