Clean restaurant. Staff was frieand oder didn’t take long at all. However, this was by far the worst McDonald’s food I have ever had! Fries had bo salt, coke is near flat, and the grease from my burger soaked the box and bunches completely through. It was like they literally poured a cup of fryer grease over it. It was nasty, burnt edges. Couldn’t even finish it.

Wait 25 minutes by the door. 3 people including the manager came out and asked why I was sitting there after the lady at the window told me to pull up and my food would be out in a minute and it was a simple order a big Mac extra value meal two cheeseburger value meal quarter pounder meal and a happy meal no special orders or nothing. They acted like they were clueless. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Came through the drive through this morning (Happy Halloween!) and ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns. Seemed like there was a bit of confusion at the first window, which I totally get! I used to work those early mornings as a new person, keep up the great work at register! The second window on the other hand… didn’t even say a word and I got not only the dirtiest look from the girl at the second window, but she also slammed the window shut right after handing my food to me! I didn’t even say a word to her, I’m not sure what her problem was :/ Hope her day gets better, whatever the issue was!

Consistently the worst experience that I have at any mcdonalds location. Lines are frequently out of the parking lot and they always seem to not have some basic food item available for some god forsaken reason. Avoid this location if you can help it. Expect to not get what you ordered. Especially if you order on the app.

This looks like some type of small critter tasted my bread before I could. The manager claims it came from their toaster. None of my other sandwiches have this on it. He just shrugged his shoulders at me. I had to request a new sandwich. They remade it and the toaster magically worked again and produced a new bun with no bite/holes in it. I do not recommend. I will be reaching out to the health department today. I could not even eat the remade sandwich. Where is quality control? Ew!

Staff is unfriendly, and they all seem tired and crabby. I would just like to say that patience is something everyone here needs. And workers should not throw a fit when you don’t want to use the kiosk things to order. Food is put together very sloppily and the inside of the building is disorderly and has garbage all over.

The past 2 times we have been they literally have messed up my order so badly, I don’t even know how they accomplish it. Missing items and wrong items. Terrible. Worst part is everytime the manager was handing the food to us. THE MANAGER!! As a previous worker of McDonald’s this is one of the saddest ones iv ever spent my money at.
