I went there today for an early lunch around 11. My burger was old and disgusting I could not even finish my food. This is atleast the 3rd time I been to this location and have issues. With food missing, a green egg on my breakfast sandwich now This with the burger. Also the lady at the window that took my payment was rude not friendly at all. No thank you. I even said thank you and she just looked at me with disgust. What was disgusting is the burger I paid for! Yuck I don’t eat at McDonald’s often so when I do. I expect fresh food at the least.

Absolute trash staff don’t have the manners to even say Hello or a Thank you after you paid their hourly pay. Refuse to substitute sausage/ bacon with Egg. Never been refused a substitute especially when you’re asking for NO MEAT!! Save your money and go across the street to Tacobell , Dunkin and plenty of other options.

Every thing was doing good until when I approached the Counter with my coffee cup and say hello the lady spanish manager was so rude I even didnt say anything and she said quickly and a rude way We dont Have refill and she said it twice rven i didnt even have the chance to say a word then when I say this is the first time that macdonald has no refill i go macdonald everyday where i stop i buy coffe and others stuff and I aways have refil if i want to. And she said evey macdonald has no refil….??? So bad Customer service here in this branch

I come to this location for lunch 3/5 days a week and 2 of those days I can count on my order being messed up.
I order on mobile because the language barrier is so absurd at this location, and even then without speaking to me they still mess the order up.
Today I paid extra for a deluxe sandwich just for it to come with only ketchup,mustard,and pickles.
I’m getting real tired of getting robbed by this location. Maybe it’ll change next Monday.

Arrived at 4am was told at the intercom to move up and wait 5 minutes because the “system was switching over to breakfast “… Got to the window he then said cash only until the system switches over.
Waited for a bit then left hungry on the way to work. The 7/11 is no longer there and McDonald’s is the only thing open… Biggest franchise restaurant byw still failing to get it together. I watched a few cars behind me turn around and leave.

This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever ordered from. I just ordered my food now it took 30 minutes to get here tenders and fries were cold

was the first person to arrive at the menu board watched 4 cars go through on the other side, kept saying hello? no answer so i finally just go as the other side is now completely empty i get to the window and tell her the second board wasnt working and she said i didnt wait??? why even have the second one open if youre going to not answer until the first line is is completely gone????

I stopped by McDonald’s today, as I usually do, to order a shareable. When I placed my order at the drive-thru, I mentioned the shareable to the person taking my order (I believe his name was Eduardo or Jonathan), but he immediately gave me a hard time. He told me they didn’t have it and suggested I go to another location instead. I asked if it might just not be showing on his screen or if I could possibly order it inside, but he was very dismissive and insistent that I leave and try somewhere else. It was a frustrating experience, especially since I come here regularly. I just wanted to share this so others are aware and hopefully it can be addressed. I still came inside and told the manager she didn’t seem to care and I was able to place my order inside
