Worst Burger King in Oregon. I waited for 15 minutes behind one car. The truck behind me waited also, she was able to back out of the drive thru and leave and I finally pulled to the window and was told another 10 minutes to wait. I refused to pay and I drove off. Dont waste your time here.

Waited 20 mins and they said they were waiting on the onion rings. I know onion rings don’t take that long, served 3 people behind me before me. Fries cold because they left them sitting there over 15 min

Very seldom do customers walk into a fast food restaurant after 8 pm on a sunday, when business has already slowed down for the night and experience 4 great things from the only 2 teenaged people working there at that time. I’m gonna list those things first. 1. The restaurant was super clean. 2. Ladies room super clean. 3. The service was great, everything was as requested to be prepared. The girl at the counter was friendly and didn’t get pissy while my hubby added and subtracted things from his sandwich. 4. Our food was really good. Both of our burgers and fries were hot, fresh ,assembled well and tasted exactly like you expect a good Whopper from Burger King to taste. Yes, there really is such a thing as a good Whopper and a bad whopper.
There’s 3 Burger Kings in Springfield and this is the only one we will go to now. Repeated nasty food from the other two consistently stopped us from wasting money elsewhere. We don’t eat fast food as often as we used to ,so enjoying the food on a cheat day is important to us. You’ll see that the food section is one star short of a perfect over all score. That has nothing to do with this location, staff, service, atmosphere or any other possible thing the location or staff could be responsible for. It is the sheer and utter disappointment in Burger King the Corporation for their representation of Fried pickles or as they call them, pickle fries. I love love fried pickles, I have eaten them in restaurants all over the US . I’ve never ordered any I disliked before. So good. Batter fried crispy, dipped in ranch ,bite into the crunch of the batter and pickle slice (or sometmes a wedge )In the center with a tiny bit of lingering pickle juice inside. It really is finger licking good. Not at Burger King. In their advertising, they call them battered and fried dill pickle spears. In advertising images they appear to be a small wedge. Kinda like KFCs fries. Small wedges. That is not at all what they are.
Weighing in @ just under $5 per very small quantity per order, resides a deep fried product who’s overly salty batter to pickle ratio is wayyy off.. I was struggling to taste pickle and I hadn’t dug to the bottom of the little thing they came in yet, so I thought maybe I shouldn’t use the ranch. Maybe it was masking the pickle flavor. So I tried one w/o ranch, then one more. WTH?? This damn thing is sallllltyyyyy!! I rinse my mouth and grab another one and open it up. I wanna yell YALL right now with an accent like a southern girl to emphasize to everyone how bad and overpriced they are. I had been looking forward to trying them and we only chose to get fast food that night because I wanted to try the pickle fries before they’re gone. Limited time only item. Save your money, I’m not eggagerating anything. I ordered the LTO pickle fry whopper too. Still nasty. These 1 are not spears, they are a single string shred. 2. They are not the size of the semi thick wedges shown in advertising pics either. I picked them off the whopper and went up and asked the girl at the counter for the garden items thatcome on a reg whopper no cheese because I don’t like the pickle fries. She apologized and went and got tomatoes pickles etc from the guy cooking. When she handed them to me she asked if I wanted something else to replace them since I didn’t like them. I told her no,but thanks for offering. I have fries and a burger still and I always wind up taking stuff home anyway. I asked her if she liked them. She said she hasn’t tried them yet and probably won’t because everyone she’s spoken with while at work say that they are disgusting.
I brought them home instead of throwing them out there so I could use my phone I’d left home(better pics) to take pictures of Burger Kings current way of ripping off the public. Hugely overpriced disgusting food sold in very small portions.

Food was thrown together with mayo covering majority of the whopper bun on top of the whopper? I used to work at this exact burger king a decade ago and its a poor shell of its former glory. I hope corporate shows up and seriously evaluates the current condition of this location. Pretty pathetic how this location is ran by a staff that clearly doesn’t care about the food they present to the public. I absolutely will not be eating here again. Their glory days are well in the past. 1 star across the board.

I spent 31.06 and all I asked to be specific about my order was a whopper Jr with a SEEDLESS BUN. I got home and there was a whopper bun on my whopper Jr. That’s a seeded bun. What do you not understand about I want a bun that has no flipping seeds on it. Now I’m pissed. It’s not hard to get an order right but it seems now a days nobody can get their food correct. What’s the point of spending money and not getting what you paid for

It’s bad enough in this power outage to not even be able to afford to drive through yet when I do get it the French toast sticks are burned the soda was straight soda water even though we could hear at the drive up window the machine making the clicking noise indicating it’s out. yet they seem to not know what that means or ignoring it and continue serving drinks. Especially a fountain drink which is already overpriced, I ordered drive-thru for it to be convenient and quick. not to get home and have everything be wrong and be disappointing to family. then only be told “do you want to come back” after I’ve driven the food home. NO I don’t want to come back, when it should have been right in the first place. Defeats the whole purpose of a drive-thru. So frustrating

Bring sunglasses at night. They have 4 spotlights blinding customers on the back of the building. They need to put something up that extends from the menu board back behind the speaker post—something to block the ridiculous amount of light beaming back there while you’re trying to order. I won’t return again at night, I shouldn’t need sunglasses so I won’t see spots when pulling away to drive home. Just ridiculous.

Tried their mozzarella fries for the first time and was extremely disappointed. All the cheese fell out, so we basically just got hallow bread crumb sticks. The rest of the food (burgers and fries) was great! Staff were friendly and fun.

The manager with the disgusting attitude —told me “too bad” when I politely drove back to correct my order. She responded “don’t know what to tell you”.

After her response, I was really scared to have them fix my order without contamination . Nasty- Entitled- Rotten-Wasteful.

She Hung up on me twice , after asking to speak to someone above her.

Dont eat here- get back on the road and avoid at all cost

Disgusting person, inside and out.

Order sep 1st around 5 pm (For the owners to know the time stamp)
