extremely hit-or-miss. sometimes i come and the food is bangin’ and the service is fast. tonight however, i waited 13 minutes at the window for two tacos, chips, and a crunchwrap. they had clearly made the hard taco way before anything else and just let it sit, so by the time i opened it (immediately upon receiving my food) it was falling apart. we all know the crunch tacos have a life span of four minutes, so the workers should know to make it last. and to whomever wrapped my spicy potato soft taco: count your days. when i went to unwrap it up the whole thing dumped everywhere. also note the complete lack of chipotle sauce on that drier than the atacama desert taco. unacceptable. i’ll still give them two stars because my fat self will be back. also never had an issue here with drive thru staff. they’re always kind and professional.

Im changing my 5 star to a 3 star. I dont eat out too much but if im working late ill swing by taco bell every so often for a quick dinner. The last 3 times of going and asking for no sour cream, I get sour cream. Now I cant eat yet another burrito because of them. I know its really hard nowadays but please hire some competent people for next time I am in a pinch Ill at least be able to enjoy my burrito for a change.

This has to be one of the most poorly run Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been too. Granted it’s “Taco Bell” so you’re not expecting much, but when you keep telling them to stop placing lettuce in your hot burrito on 3 different visits you think they would get it right.. nope. They still think “supreme” includes lettuce, tomato and sour cream when for decades it has always been just sour cream and tomatoes. On my most recent visit they took time confirming my name for the order, waited patiently, only to be given entirely the wrong order… not going back to this Taco Bell ever again!

Put an order in in DoorDash. My dasher was waiting in the drive thru for over an hour. I called the store asking if they were open. They said yes but they were busy and immediately hung up. Then shut off DoorDash ordering when they were still open for 2.5 hours. Don’t waste your time with this location. They need to hire new latte night staff as they are losing money with the current staff.

Where is Taco Bell I’ve ever been. Extremely rude managers. Skimpy portions. And their passive aggressive insisting on asking you for a Roundup even when you go there every day and they know it pisses you off. The manager with the nose ring needs to be fired immediately.

This location is inconsistent. Sometimes they’re amazing and other times they’re the worst Taco Bell. I’ve had the best experiences during the day before dinner or late night. The past month I’ve gone three times and I have had terrible experiences. This location is closer to me than Patton Ave, but I’m gonna start going to Patton. They do a much better job. This time the tacos were barely full and the hard taco shells were broken. Was the second time this month where the hard taco shells were broken and barely filled. The one day I came through and asked for sauce, the person at the window went to put some in my hand..but wasn’t looking at me and dropped about half the packets onto the ground. Overall the service was pretty rude that day. One day I came through and the mobile app wouldn’t process my order. I showed the people at the window. They said they couldn’t help me and wouldn’t honor the mobile deals.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TACO BELL. They give you half of what you’re supposed to have in your wraps. They are trying save on their ingredients and skimping the orders while people are paying for food. The clueless manager told me “thats all that’s supposed to be in the wraps it’s measured” I should have taken a picture of what they tried to give me. Definitely not measured. The manager ok’d it to be handed out as well. The team members are cool but the managers at this location have always been terrible.

Waited 15 minutes for my food to receive beef on all my things when I paid for chicken to be substituted on everything. Also ordered and paid for extra guacamole and they didn’t give any of them. They didn’t even cut the quesadilla that came with it. Y’all trippin’.

Ok I’m struggling with leaving this review bc I don’t want to be one of those people that only leaves a review when something goes wrong (mental note: start reviewing the places you love), but good god the order I got tonight was so awful I can’t help but feel a responsibility to warn others. The new cantina chicken quesadillas sound and look great, right? Yeah, no. I ordered through Uber with a buy one get one free offer and even still this was not even remotely worth the money I paid for it. The toppings were beyond sparse, if even existent at all, most notably in the end pieces. I ordered 4, for reference. The first one I just kind of wrote off as a “whoops” kind of thing. But after the second was the same I started pulling them all apart and not a single one was even close to being remotely like the pics advertised. The overall taste for the pieces that had some chicken in them was still blah at best. I would never, ever, order these again. And am disappointed to have even wasted the money I did on them.
