It’s Taco Bell, What can I say…I ran through the drive-thru & the guy who took my order was nice. I was picking up food for a friend & they had a complicated order. He got everything correct on the order & made sure all the sauces were in the bag. The food was fresh & hot as soon as I got it. When I got to where I was going & got the cantina chicken quesadilla & supreme chalupa for my friend, they were surprised it was still as warm as it was despite it being an almost 10-minute trip.
Edit: We stopped by Taco Bell for a quick bite before heading home. I had ordered a $7 Supreme Luxe Box. We got our order & the box is the $5 Luxe Box. I thought they had given me the wrong item. I looked at my receipt they gave & sure enough the employee ordered the $5 box & not the $7 box. It’s a little irritating when you order something & they pick the wrong item.

The woman in the drive-through named Candace was very nice and sweet. They messed up on my order, but she offered to remake my order for me and for that I appreciate that and she did it with a smile and no attitude.

The food was good but the quantity was lacking. The soft tacos I ordered rolled up almost to the size of a cigar. The food to price ratio is not in the customer’s favor.

Well as usual I didn’t get what I ordered it’s always a surprise staff is cool friendly everything you want in a Drive-Thru or front desk clerk
Other than not being able to correctly put an order in the bag for the right customer ever but other than that hey I always end up with some food never know it’s going to be but unfortunately this time it kind of tossed one in the bag almost as if they didn’t wrap it so all my food had more food on top of it they did put a lot of napkins in there which was cool that usually doesn’t happen.
But at the end of the day it’s kind of that or White Castle so got to break it up every once in awhile.

The worst taco bell I have ever been to. Nothing in the burrito. It might as well have been a tortilla with a smear of meat sauce on it. No cheese in the potatoes. I got one soft taco with my food, and there was no lettuce or cheese on it. Nothing in the chalupa. I don’t understand how they have 3.6 stars.

For people who are not willing to spend much and still have good food, this is your place. Their nachos were really great but I frankly did not enjoy the soft chicken taco. I have had better tacos and quesadillas too.

Large order and did not get all items. Called and spoke to manager. Said they would replace missing items next time I came in. Went back and they refused to replace items. Will speak to GM about incompetent Manager.
