13.39 for a spicy chicken sandwich. Large. The patty was the same size as the tomato slice. Rubbery texture. The fries were half decent. The Dr. Pepper was awesome. Thats about it. I remember when Wendy’s served wonderful food. The price is twice as much and half the size. I wont be coming back. Ever. Its always dissapointing

Came here because it was closer at the moment vs the one I usually go to . My husbands food was fine but mine was not . I ordered cheese fries and an apple pecan salad with no chicken or blue cheese. She asked if i wanted chilli cheese fries. I said nope just cheese please . When we looked they gave me plain fries. Then i opened my salad and there was like 4 pieces of apple and maybe 6 cranberries in the salad.
I dont mind paying for a good salad but it was literally just just lettuce . Learned my lesson when you like a specific location keep going there !

I can easily rank this one of the top 5 Wendy’s I’ve been to. They always have hot, evenly salted fries and well put together burgers, unlike other places who have too little of too much of topping or look like they were assembled in a tornado.
My order usually has a customization and they get it right 99% of the time. The once or twice a mistake has happened during a rush, they are understanding and quick to fix it. 10/10 customer service.

Cane in 15 before closing. Made sure to tip because it was late. Buddy didn’t give me sour cream and butter for my potatoes or my fries. Didn’t even know if I had my whole order cuz he just closed the window without saying anything

I live nearby and eat here like once a month, and they typically mess up at least one minor thing in my order (usually like adding pickles or mustard, sometimes forgetting a kids toy, etc). This time I ordered 3 doubles, and they all came out as singles. To top it off, none of the substitutions were made at all. I don’t really mind minor mistakes, but this was not even getting what I paid for.

So horrible service in the drive through, if I wanted jokes to go along my food, i would’ve ordered it lol. Also to the staff working the drive through today around 8:45 is this really how you serve food to customers I think you need to be fired on how incompetent you are if you can’t even make something so simple. haha this is probably the best joke you made. Quality at this place is going down, please hire better people . Also seriously I asked no ice in my drink and y’all couldn’t even do that on top of other things we asked for like condiments/forks, You can tell teens mostly run this it’s so bad.
