This store doesn’t have a drive thru window. Food is ALWAYS slow, even when nobody is around. Last time I was there, I ordered the Oreo Blast or whatever it’s called.. and the people put gravel in the shake. Like I couldn’t figure out whey they’d do this. To add insult to injury, I complained to corporate and all they wanted to do is give me free food. I told them, NO, I can buy my own food, I just want to let the franchise owner or corporate to know what non-sense was going on there. East Indian owner calls me, (Got my number from corporate – NOT GOOD), Calls me and accuses me of making it up just to get free food. I told him that I don’t want free food and that if I had a franchise, I want to know about crappy people working for me, doing lame things like that. Owner wouldn’t accept my input and just kept accusing me of trying to wreck his business.

Your day crew and night crew are totally different. Putting out different qualities of food and presentation are the two biggest things. Day crew the food is hot and what you order taste like what you order….. The Night Crew is terrible. I’ve done the drive thru, I’ve ordered door dash and the quality is terrible, the drinks you order are just thrown together……Ocean Water for example day crew you can taste what makes that drink different…. Night crew…blue sprite?? I’d give half your shift 5 stars the fire the other half

I’m got super sick. Still waiting for them to call me and my husband to get our money back. We gave them all the food back.
Other than that the manager was very polite. The drink prices are great. The drinks on their discount days are worth it.

Their phones never work or they just never answer the phones. I don’t know what they are doing back there, but the food takes forever to be ready. The footlong hot dog I got looked like it had been been sitting cooked there for hours and they tried to reheat it and give it to me. So disgusting. With how long they took I gave the benefit of the doubt that yay I’m getting fresh food, but after seeing this I am completely dissatisfied that I wasted my money paying full amount for food that had just been sitting there for who knows how long..

Went with my bf only reason we went was for the sonic blasts i payed for a heath sonic blast and they brought us our food and there was no heath blast I looked at the recipet and they actually just wrote no next to it????? like wth we had to go back and they told me they where out of heath if your out why did you sell me a heath blast then???? and then don’t give me it but charge me for it and when they gave us the food they never mentioned it, don’t sell me something your out of and then don’t give it to me, they would not refund us the money we payed but instead made us wait around 20 minutes to make a blast and then it was not even what I asked for we just left don’t come here
