tl;dr: The service was so absent I left without even making my order.
I pulled in behind another car. Sat through the staff telling the person their listed menu items were not available as they were seasonal (No idea why they wouldn’t be removed if the “season” is over though). After the person in front of me finished ordering and drove around, I pulled up to make an order. Nothing but silence. While I was waiting for someone to take my order another car pulled into the other drive-through stall and their order was taken immediately. Had to watch the menu board update with their order, despite having arrived after me, while still waiting for someone to take my order. While they were ordering two more cars pulled in. One behind me and one behind them. Same exact thing, the 2nd car in the other stall’s order was taken while I was still waiting in for someone to take my order. They pulled up and I waited few more minutes before deciding to just leave since they were obviously not going to take my order.
Honestly, the doughnuts are low quality and horribly priced anyway. I generally just get them as a convenient treat on my way home after a work week occasionally and have never once gotten doughnuts that seemed fresh in anyway – it’s liked getting them from Walmart after they’ve been marked down from sitting around for so long. Every. Single. Time.
Personally, I doubt I will ever purchase Dunkin’ again. Krispy Kreme is not too out of route AND they actually make and serve fresh doughnuts.

Been to 2 different Dunkin Donuts in the past 3 days. The one in Fort Oglethorpe all 3 days. Sick Aunt wanting blueberry munchkins….All stores were out of not only blueberry but all varieties. Also, for 2 of the 3 days no doughnuts either.

Every time I’ve ordered a refresher with the green tea, it tastes like the green tea was left out for two days. The donut that we ordered (which was the only kind left) was like eating a slightly damp sponge. I only come to this location if traffic is really bad or it’s more convenient on the way home, and every time it leaves something to be desired.

My husband and I came through here around 8:30 a.m. during a weekday. As you might expect, they were busy. Despite both drive through lanes being full of cars, they were very fast from start to finish; our car never came to a full stop. The lady who took our order was very polite and efficient and when we got to the window, we were greeted with a warm smile from Carol while she handed us our breakfast. Our food was hot and delicious and our drinks were perfect. No complaints here. We’ll be sure to return.

I ordered a large hot coffee with a shot of espresso did not taste espresso at all. I don’t even think they added it. The flavor of the coffee was not there was more like flavored brown water.

I’m giving it 2 stars bc the food is what you would expect from any other fast food place. Don’t order through the drive-thru early in the morning. The menu board is brighter than the sun and will definitely burn your eyes. If you do decide to order there, consider wearing sunglasses.

Every time I have gone the past 2 years I am always very disappointed. Customer service is trash, their supply is always low no matter what time of day you go, and if you get any food item that needs to be warmed, expect it to be cold.
