It’s weird to see all the negative reviews. I order their breakfast almost 2-3x a week and I have never had any issues. They’re quick, thorough, nice at the window, food is always good and up to par. I’ve only dealt with the morning staff – but they’re great!

No more late evening(we arrived at 7:42 p.m. and it was closed), or even late night meals at this Taco bell. They say that it’s “due to others not adhering to our laws and common courtesy”, you can’t go inside and have a late evening, let alone a late night meal at this place anymore. Seriously though, let’s put the responsibility where it actually lies, rather than choosing an option to keep their customers safe as they dine in, in the evenings and at night, by hiring security, like other Taco Bells do, this Taco Bell, and apparently several others in Tucson, instead chose to go the cheaper and lazier way and locked out all of their customers forcing the drive-thru if you want food from them. Lame! The drive-thru is just not a good time. The food was good and the service was decent but it really stunk that we had to go eat it somewhere else. We will be choosing options that are actually open to customers from here on out.

Employees working at this location are awesome. When I get fast food im not usually factoring in customer service; it’s a cheap meal I can get quickly and at odd hours, I don’t need good customer service. But these folks are super sweet. Props.

Please change how you do doordash orders. I shouldn’t have to come inside and sign something on pen and paper to pick up a bag that’s been sitting on a shelf for several minutes when the drive thru line is so short. This is a really poor management decision and all it’s doing is hurting both of our businesses. I won’t name names but other taco bells in tucson have no problem just handing me the order and keeping track of it themselves. 1st priority should be to get the food in customer’s hands as quickly as possible!

You know what to expect. What surprised me? This man had extra fire sauce in the bag faster than 3 people knew how to react #legend

Do not order thru the taco bell app for this location. You will be waiting for over an hour and get no help from the staff. This is not the first time. Maybe drive thru pick up is better,

I guess the issue was I chose drive thru pick up by mistake and someone came to the drive thru with a similar name. I stand by it, use door dash or pick up thru drive thru. They are very busy.

Never come here. It was terrible I was going to order food, but needed to use the restroom first. The boy at the front desk refused to give me the bathroom code until I paid first and the managers were standing a few feet away just watching with a blank face as I danced. Negative stars on customer service…

Gave am a hard time about needing to use the restroom i am 8 months pregnant. It’s weird to think that such a big corporate franchise has a problem with pregnant ladies using the restroom. in the end, I did not end up eating here. It just left a bad taste in my mouth being hassled about having to use the restroom and not making a purchase beforehand..

First of all let me say that I’ve been to quite a few Taco Bell’s from the midwest to the west coast to New England, New Orleans, Alaska and Texas… and I was never compelled to write a review until I visited this location in Tucson, AZ. The digital kiosk inside made for an easygoing ordering experience but was also accompanied by friendly smiling employees working hard behind the counter. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme combo with a side of nacho fries as well as a variety of salsa packets from salsa verde (green) to DIABLO (look out!) I had enough downtime after placing my order to use the restroom facilities which were satisfactorily maintained and stocked with both anti-bacterial and non-antibacterial soaps. There’s no shortage of options in this place! After washing my hands I sat down to admire the quaint dine-in area for a moment before my order was ready. “Order for Ben!” I filled my cup at the soda fountain with a personal favorite: Diet Pepsi. I made my way to a cozy corner of the room and it was time to get down to business. I started with the nacho fries by dipping them into the side of nacho cheese which was DA BOMB!!! I followed up by trying the green sauce on the soft shell supreme and it did satisfy. I went up in spice intervals savoring the supreme taco flavors while saving the DIABLO SALSA for my Crunchwrap Supreme which was: DA BOMB!!! All in all this was a delightful fast food experience! When The Bell tolls, answer it’s call at Campbell & Speedway in Tucson, AZ.
