Ordered a large meal through DoorDash and store put the wrong order in our bag so we got someone else’s much smaller meal. Was able to get a refund but absolutely distraught how you could mix this up. We waited so long for it too.

I got the teriyaki chicken but it was so gooey and rubbery and fatty tasting that I couldn’t even eat it. Parts of it I had to keep spitting out. I don’t know how people eat this but I will not be back. Even the egg roll tasted soft and unflavored. It wasn’t crispy at all. Gave 2 stars because the vegetables were good.

This panda is the best. And their food is always consistently delicious—PERIOD. Every time I’m in the area I try to go to this location because it is so good! Give it a try and if not I surely will over and over again.
Keep in mind I eat the same thing every time .

It’s fine. Tastes pretty good! Felt a bit rushed though. I got the chow mein with some of the greens in a bowl and I’m not sure anyone asks for no meat here often because that seemed like a confusing thing for some reason.

I purchased a Protein Bowl – Spicy Crispy Sesame Shrimp and Steak with Super Greens for $9.89. When I sat down, I noticed my bowl looked noticeably smaller and different compared to the same bowl I’ve ordered at other locations.
I asked the manager about the portion size, and he stated that the bowl only includes 3 pieces of steak and 3 pieces of shrimp. I’m not sure if this is the standard portion set by corporate or higher management, but if so, it’s very misleading for a “protein bowl.”
The portion felt extremely small for the price, and I honestly feel disappointed—almost like it was a rip-off and a waste of my hard-earned money. I’m hoping this can be reviewed, as consistency and value are important to customers

Right when I walked in, the place was packed. I couldn’t even see the food options, so when they asked what I wanted I said I wasn’t sure yet. Instead of being patient, the staff were rude and pushy about me “taking too long” to choose a meat. Then they gave me the wrong chicken and didn’t care at all when I mentioned it.
The cashier was also extremely rude. I simply asked for some ice in my pomegranate drink because it didn’t have any, and she acted annoyed. On top of that, my chicken had hard pieces in it — absolutely disgusting.
I do not recommend coming to the Panda Express on Powell Ave.

Horrible experience! My husband got extreme food poisoning. I believe it was the beef and broccoli. The cleanliness of the restaurant was awful as well. A gentleman emptied the garbage can which was located right next to our booth. He left a puddle of garbage juice on the floor followed by a trail across the whole restaurant. We had to bring it to their attention as we were leaving. We will never eat at Panda Express again.

We used to come here and order online pretty often. We had a several months break from Panda then. When we decided to get Panda’s food again today we got disappointed. First, I was not able to put an online order: I wanted to use my reward points, but the app kept saying that my bag is missing required item for the reward I wanted to use (it was there, of course). So I decided not to use the reward and just pay the whole price for the order. But then it told me, that there’s some problems to place the order for this location exactly. I tried an app and a website, nothing worked. I went to the store and ordered there my food to go. It wasn’t crowded there and workers were not in a rush. But when I got home with the food, we found out that one plate had only one entee rather than two (I ordered two as it goes with plate, information on the receipt was correct also, they just missed one). I thought , well, sometimes people make mistakes it’s ok. But that wasn’t it yet. I started to eat my food and I found a long black hair in it. After this I thought, I really want to write a review. Maybe it’ll help to improve their service.
