I understand that unfortunately there may be instances where there is short staffing issues, however, that does not mean that allows staff to have such bad attitudes towards customers that choose to come inside and order. I don’t expect smiles and a cheerful attitude to be satisfied, however, I don’t appreciate rude backtalk, comments, and attitude / sizing up and down from the lady that worked the register on 11/18. Yes we have bad days and while I hope the staffing stuff clears up for the sake of the attitude towards the customers, the place was at least clean, organized, and the food was hot and fresh.

So my wife had dinner here tonight and she got two spicy chicken sandwiches. One sandwich was good, but the other one looks like it was old and didn’t taste right. Also it took them forever to get her order done, and honestly the dining room looks horrible. It’s not clean at all. We haven’t sat here and watched a guy walk in, take an empty cup out of the trash, and then get soda out of the machine for free in front of employees. Honestly I’ve never seen a fast food restaurant run like this. This place has some issues big time.

A food department person needs to visit this place!!!
I went through the drive through. Ordered my meal and after I paid I see the food handler have a meat patty in their hand (without gloves) and touching all the other ingredients with no gloves. I told the cashier what I seen and she blew me off saying I don’t know what you’re talking about.. do not come here! Do not! This happened on Feb 19, 2026 between 3:30 and 4pm
I would upload the receipt but I didn’t notice until after I drove off that she didn’t even put one in the bag or taped it on the bag.

They refused to give me a receipt. The manager (Carol) then told me they don’t give receipts so I wanted my money back. They refused. She then told me if I don’t like it I can get out, take the food and go away, I wouldn’t get a receipt or my money back no matter what I said or did.
There was a black lady, I think the assistant manager, she said I need to get away from her (I was in the drive through) or she was going to “crash out on me”.
The manager then told me I need to leave and never come back.
I was stern, but polite, I ended up giving up leaving without my food. Flat out thieves.

Not 1 ketchup or napkin in our meal. At least 1 of each per meal should be standard. This has to be the owner or corporate. Broke/ dumb mentality. You look crazy not giving even one single napkin.

I went there for the first time today to have a to go order. The staff there were unwelcoming and rude. They look like they were angry that I was there to give them business. And the lady gave a very judgy look as soon as she heard my order. I don’t think I would like to go back again.

Well we went there because I am a big fan of Wendy’s but this one tries to call it’s self Wendy’s. It’s not. The time it took to just get my order and then make it was almost 15 minutes an there was 1 other person. That bathroom was so bad like a bathroom is a bathroom but this one was bad.

Me and some coworkers decided to eat Wendy’s tonight. Wow the experience was horrible. I will share mine. My chicken sandwich which first was small noth the one I ordered but was charged for was cold. Not just cold the bread on the bottom was hard as heck and the top bread was very hard around the edges. Now the chili looked good but upon opening it you could smell how it was spoiled. Not just that the beans were hard as hell. Now the only that was good was the Strawberry lemonade drink problem it wasn’t mine that I ordered because they forgot that but of course I paid for one. However co worker shared his. Two of my coworkers got sick in their stomach from their sandwiches and the salad that my other coworker had was wilted and just overall gross. Upon calling the store to talk with manager, was told by female worker manager was too busy to talk. We could not have corporate number and if we have an issue to come to store in morning. We couldn’t even discuss replacement of food which I didn’t want or money back. This by far is one of the worst fast food places yet. Right up there with Jack in the Box
