Chick-fil-A, 1550 University Ave, Morgantown, WV
I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru today. Despite informing the attendant twice that we had more items to order, he kept giving us the total and urging us to move forward. I had to raise my voice to indicate we had additional orders.
When we reached the window, I asked them to scan my rewards for a happy birthday meal comp and a free chicken sandwich. Shortly after my card was charged, I noticed the birthday reward wasn’t applied. The manager’s response was quite dismissive, treating it like an inconvenience. She initially claimed the reward wouldn’t work for a salad, but it actually did.
Upon receiving our food and driving off, I realized two of the chicken sandwiches were flattened, one of which was supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich. The spicy flavor seemed to be entirely missing, making it taste like a regular chicken sandwich.
Overall, this experience was poorly managed and highly disappointing, especially for a Christian establishment. As a daily visitor and Signature Member, I expect better service and quality from Chick-fil-A.

Love the business plan and the fact that they have values and are closed on Sundays. Food is good, milk shakes are great! I would eat there all the time if they served burgers too, or cheese steaks. I can only eat so much chicken. That’s not their fault, my personal tastes. Staff is awesome, great job, keep it up!

The line was long, REALLY long, but I could see why. The food was fresh, hot, and tasteful, the service was amazing, and I was at the front of the line in nearly no time at all. I did witness a few customers complain about receiving the wrong orders, but they got it replaced immediately and were allowed to keep their old food. Out of the other several dozen of people there everyone seemed quite pleased, however.
When I made it to the counter the cashier apologized for the wait (as if it were long at all) and was very quick to hand me my food after the order. She’d actually given me a large fry (I asked for a medium) and a cookie as an apology for the wait (again, not that long at all).
I had ordered a medium deluxe meal with a coke, my usual at any Chick-fil-A, and had only waited about five or less minutes to receive it. Mind you, they had three other registers open and plenty of people yet to serve. The kitchen was very busy, and I mean VERY. I looked behind the sandwich shelf and I could see people darting left and right. A dedicated crew, quite clearly. The only people “standing around” were the fry boy (who had his hands rather busy) and a woman who’s job was to wait for special orders from the front and fold the sandwich bags (assuming those were her only tasks). I saw her disappear once, and then reappear behind the registers with a broom and dust pan, take out the trash, and return to her position a short time later.
Once I sat down and finished my meal I did find one thing that bothered me. Just a small detail, really. I had no idea when I was going to get to eat there again, and I didn’t know if it would be soon enough to suit me.
I have yet to return (But I will!).
Overall: wonderful service, fresh food, and what I saw to be a pretty hearty team.

I’m gonna be honest with everyone, I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A and eaten there. I was always a fan of beef. I came here because the panda Express nextdoor was out of noodles and I couldn’t care less about the rice. I absolutely loved the chicken nuggets (breaded) and the Chick-fil-A sauce which I have never tasted before.

I never thought I’d say this about Chick-fil-A but they were actually rude! This is the one and only time I have ordered from here, every other Chick-fil-A has been a pleasure to order from. They couldn’t take cash and not because of COVID but because the machine wasn’t on. It’s good thing they don’t have much competition.

I had went to this specific chain today and I was very disappointed. First of all I had ordered a chick fil a sandwich with tomato and lettuce and a coke with no ice. The first thing was waiting for my order for 20 minutes and seeing people who ordered after me getting their order first was ridiculous. After receiving my order it was wrong. They didn’t put lettuce or tomato on my sandwich and my coke had ice in it when I asked for no ice. I was very disappointed.
