We enjoyed our breakfast at The Gallery. The eggs Benedict were perfect, and both the waffles and French toast were delicious—everything was well prepared and flavorful.
That said, the pricing is quite high. Breakfast for four came out to about $150 including tip, which feels steep for a morning meal. If I hadn’t had promotional food credits, I would likely choose to eat somewhere else next time.
Great quality food, but the value doesn’t quite match the price.

I had a rude male waiter and got my coffee to go because the atmosphere was so uncomfortable. Terrible cappucino.. for $9.
Unfortunate for such a great hotel.

Stayed at W Boston over the holiday break for 3 nights so we get to try breakfast at The Gallery for 3 consecutive mornings.
The standard breakfast (@US$28 including drinks) sounded too heavy for me so I opted to build my own breakfast with the $60/room credit offered to us. If you are travelling as party of 2, the credit should be more than sufficient. Don’t eat too much anyways as there are many food options around Boston you want to save some tummy room for.
Great and friendly service whether we come at 7 a.m. or 10 a.m. and place is not overly crowded, thanks for the great hospitality!

Great spot for drinks and quick bites! Staff members are very polite and hostile. Mussels were exceptionally good! Beautiful interior. Not too pricy for Boston, worth visiting

Waiter was busy, so we gave him grace. However, the food came out lukewarm and not perfectly done (over easy eggs were over medium).

Food was phenomenal, the Chicken Sausage is the best that I’ve had. Everything was cooked perfectly, the butter was soft, the toast was very lightly toasted, the hash browns where a perfect crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. My server Alex was attentive, efficient and kind, he was on top of things for sure. The kitchen was fast as well, even for breakfast foods. Highly recommend for a quick breakfast, excited to try their other offerings.

Really great food. Had the huevos rancheros. Tasty. Coffee was hot and perfect. Service was good.

Totally indifferent and inattentive waiter. Had to repeatedly beg to have coffee and water refilled. No smile, no energy. Both eggs didn’t come out over easy as requested (1 was ok). Food was unspectacular and a little pricey. I would have expected much better at a W. I am lifetime platinum with Marriott but my wedding party group will be eating elsewhere the remainder of our weeklong stay. Time for some employee retraining.

Brunch was good quality, nothing exceptional. I especially enjoyed my green drink and very salty ie tasty home fries. The eggs Benedict was a little bit cold and seemed like it had been sitting around waiting for a table to choose it. A bit pricey, but you’re at a W hotel.

Very good food and friendly service. Hard to believe it is a hotel restaurant. The burger was very good. The Brussels sprouts were amazing. The brown bread pudding was ok.
