I normally don’t complain about places because I try to attempt to understand when they get busy and things. However, the past several times that we have ordered and asked for delivery, we were given a time estimate, usually 35-45 minutes. That’s an understandable time frame, however, it has taken them double the amount of time to get us our orders. One time, we placed the order and went to pick it up ourselves. We went in, paid for the food, and waited to receive it. After 30 minutes, I asked what was taking so long, (about an hour had passed since we called in the order) and we were told they haven’t even started our order yet. As Giovanni’s pizza will always be my favorite pizza, the Wayne location continues to underperform in every aspect other than the actual food itself.

Seems to be quite over priced and the attention to detail on phone orders isn’t very good. Their stock also seemed to be lacking. Ordered a steak sandwich with everything on it. Got home it had only a tomato, cheese, and mayonnaise. ? Not even sure how that happened. The hot ham and cheese had no cheese on it. The bread was still dough and soft as if it wasn’t baked at all. The fries were tiny, undercooked, and refrigerator cold. They also had to call us back to let us know that the kids meals we ordered we wouldn’t be able to get because they were out of chicken tenders. Without offering some sort of compromise for the inconvenience, we ordereda pizza anyway. (9.99 for something you could get for 5 at little Caesars). It was 40 bucks for my whole order and I will never return to that place. Bad service and wayyyy below mediocre food. I’ll drive the extra mile to pass this hole in the wall and get some warm cooked food at a better pricing. Thanks but no thanks.

Up on Entering the resturant, it smelled like sewer. After my sister’s and i left with our to go pizza we were quit a distance from our residence so we decided to try a piece of the pie before we startwd home, IT WAS TERRIBLE. MY SISTER’S AND I HAVE BEEN GOING TO GIOVANNIS FOR OVER 30 YEARS .WE EXSPECTED SATISFACTION, BUT DISSATISFACTION AND DISAPPOINTMENT WAS WHAT WE GOT IN RETURN. NO REFUND BECAUSE WE TRIED 1 PC OF THE PIZZA.
ALSO THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US THE NUMBER FOR MANAGEMENT . BUT STOID THEIR AND TEXT.
