Went here on a Saturday afternoon. Place was steady with customers. Parking can be hard to find. Also the parking space is tight for bigger vehicles.

I’ve seen videos of this place, and I’ve always wanted to try T&T cuisine. This is more of the street-style food. We got a goat roti and a chickpea double along with a blend of sorrel and ginger pine for the beverage. The kid at the cashier was helpful, but didn’t greet us initially. They have an indoor or small outdoor area to eat. Walls were adorned with T&T memorabilia. Got our items. The drink was amazing. Refreshing, gingery, but overpowering with hints of plum. The goat roti was so damn good. Insane flavors, the meat was tender and the roti was thin, but held everything well. You eat with your hands. The spice level is pretty high up, but with the seasonings, everything works great. I also got a currant cake and that was the perfect finish to a complex meal.

Overall, absolutely worth the drive! So many options that you have to come here more than once to experience the different menus. The owner came out and she was very nice.

As a born and raised New Yorker- with Jamaican heritage- I’m so happy to have found this spot. Anyone with anything nasty to say it’s just miserable!!
This place is literally a gem . I drove all the way from Van Nuys to try the food and the roti and doubles did not disappoint…. The customer service was amazing and the food was so flavorful. I will definitely be coming back for chicken roti, goat roti , and doubles .

We Love Trinistyle Cuisine!

Family run spot, located in a strip mall with limited parking and a few seating for patrons.

Trinistyle delivers with traditional, authentic flavors!

Open on Friday – Saturday – Sunday

Food is made to order. Will take time because it’s made with love!

Buss up shot delicious!
Goat dhalpuri roti delicious!
Doubles delicious!
Ginger-pine drink delicious!
Currant pies delicious!

Love that they have a little store in their spot serving Caribbean tings. Please bring more goodies and hard to find items from the homeland.

Will always support this place as it is a gem, and truly a taste of home.

Thank you!

I’m absolutely LIVID right now. As a fair warning DO NOT order from this place on their website for pickup.

Let me start off with saying, the food here is quite good. A bit pricey but with few real Trini spots in LA, it’s a nice treat every so often.

Today, March 1, 2026 around 1pm, I placed an order for pickup at 2pm – TODAY. I put in my credit card information, and all of a sudden, the order that should be ready TODAY on 3/1 at 2pm is now available for pick up TWO WEEKS FROM NOW 3/15/26 at 2pm.

Please understand that, no I didn’t make a mistake, I placed the order with the correct spot. I spent about $30.

No worries I figured, let me contact them to fix it.

So, I called the restaurant to let them know of the mistake, and low and behold they had an automatic message saying they are closed today for a catering event!

And of course there is no way to leave a message because the mailbox is full.

There is also NO WHERE on their website to cancel the order. The only recourse is to speak to the restaurant.

I called my bank to dispute the charge but because it’s pending, I have to wait 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS for the charge to post before being able to dispute the charge.

Meanwhile, TriniStyle Restaurant has my money for ONE ORDER of roti and macaroni pie scheduled to give it to me TWO WEEKS FROM TODAY?!

Are you kidding me? I just wanted lunch on a Sunday. Today NOT two weeks from now.

The restaurant gives no indication to their customers that they are closed, leaves their business hours for today as OPEN on Google Maps (I looked here first to see the menu before driving 45 mins to their location for the food – currently in the Valley), and on their website.

Save your money.

Do NOT order online.

And honestly, question if the trek is even worth it to come all the way out for the price you’re paying for a single meal.

With them only being open 2 (or 3 SOMETIMES) days a week, only God knows when I’ll ever speak to anyone about a refund for lunch two weeks from the date my stomach is growling.

I absolutely do not recommend.

Edited To Add After Their Response:

I purposefully left screenshots of your website as taken today to illustrate you left no warning or message of the restaurant being closed.

In fact, I went back to your website and nothing is listed for a closure today. Not on any of your pages and not on the order form from your menu.

There is no visible area where the closure for 3/1/26 is publicly listed.

Further, I am not on social media. I’m not on Facebook and I’m not on Instagram.

I didn’t find your restaurant through those channels, I found it here on Google Maps.

Your hours for today on Google Maps showed you were open for business.

No closure nor any warning or notification here on your profile – hosted on the number 1 search engine in the world above social media. You should make your listing *here* an absolute priority to reflect your hours. This all could have easily been avoided.

You should probably consider that many of your customers are not going to go to social media to see your hours – particularly if Google clearly says you’re open the day they look, and further if they aren’t on these channels to begin with.

I will look out for the refund and I will gladly adjust my star rating review once this is rectified.

But it would serve more of an appreciative gesture that your team does a better job of ensuring your hours (which are already limited) are clearly posted.

Your customers are willing to go out of our way to travel to do business with you regardless of distance. We are waiting in anticipation to support your business on the few days you’re open. So please, be more diligent of updating more clearly.

I ordered a Goat Roti, a Chicken Roti, and a double. The food was very tasty and my order only took 15mins to come out.

The flavors are fully there, I just wish they took more time cooking the goat, chicken, and potatoes longer. I like the meat to fall apart. Meat wasn’t tough but it needed another hour of cooking at least. Potatoes could use a few more minutes.

Overall, because I’m away from the south, this place was by closest to the best Roti I will get most likely in California!

I’m Guyanese, so sometimes I have to say “hold the Trini.” That’s in reference to the mango seed in the food. I can’t speak for the meat besides the fish, but every thing is tasty. Spices, flavor, texture, and freshness are the closest thing to New York, which is the closest thing to home. I travel an hour+ to get here and it’s worth the trip every time. Please support your local restaurants.

I came for the Doubles!

I don’t know of any other place that serves only Trinidadian and Tobago food in LA, so I was very excited to make this drive and try it out.

We had their chicken and Channa/ahloo doubles. They were packed with flavor and spice, and this was everything I’ve been dreaming of since I first tried doubles in Brooklyn, New York.

This is a perfect spot to pick up something to eat on your way to LAX or Sofi stadium. However, they’re only open on Friday thru Sunday.

We experienced great service from Latoya who assisted us at the register. Hats off to the chef who was cooking up her magic in the kitchen!

Wanted to find a good trini spot in LA, but disappointed in this one. Pricey. But will say the bake and fish with the avocado was good. I still prefer the trini food back in Bedstuy in Brooklyn
