We spent 38.00 dollars on cold dried out food. We complained about chicken tenders right away. They said they would drop new ones. Came out we left and got home 4 min away. They were hard as a rock dried out and old. They lied to us. Service was rude. Called when I got home and asked for manager. He said what can I do for you? I said are you the manager? He said Yup. No name, not cordial and sounded like a teenager. I am so disgusted. I will not be returning.

I wish Arby’s had more chicken options, but everything I have had from here is delicious! Prices are higher than I would expect for fast food. It isn’t THAT good.
6 years later: I got a Chicken Bacon Swiss meal because I was starving and I haven’t had Arby’s in a while. They forgot the chicken on my chicken sandwich.. disappointing. The BLT with cheese was alright though, just not worth $13.

Dan the man, and his staff are amazing. The restaurant is very clean! Customer service impeccable! I watched as they helped an elderly couple with ordering and bringing food to them. It was so awesome to see the caring nature especially in fast food. Arby’s has a variety of food instead of just chicken or burgers!

Just got their chicken sandwiches. They are terrible. Two small chicken tenders on the sandwich. Both were old, hard and dry. Cheese looks like it melted yesterday. Fries were old and cold. The bottom is all the bread, the top is one of the tenders still in the sandwich. Go to a different Arby’s.
