Pretty poor over all. The server is friendly enough but no difference in lunch or dinner menu. Lunch was barely warm. I requested onion in my enchilada and maybe had a couple pieces salad green onion? Who puts that in Mexican enchiladas? $15 bucks for a cold lunch plate and no beverage ( add $2.50 if you want that) taco shell was made earlier cold and not crisp! Way to proud of unworthy Mexican food if you ask me. Thanks anyhow.

Great customer service. Very nice. The food was something else. The beans had a weird taste like they weren’t make correctly. They weren’t homemade refried just regular boiled beans. Chicken was boiled and dry. My husband got the nachos and the meet was very salty. I asked for green sauce and didn’t see any on my enchilada. The rice was very dry and a very weird taste to it. I had really high hopes for the place but sadly I won’t be returning.

I used to go here when they were located in a different area and liked it but I was very disappointed this time. I ordered the taco / enchilada combo and my food wasn’t that hot. The price was 15.95, it came with rice and beans and they bring out chips and salsa ahead of time. The decorations weren’t as authentic as they had been . The waitress was awesome and we got the food fast but I would have preferred a little longer to get it hotter. I might give it another chance , maybe just an off day ?

Love this place!!! The owners and staff are amazing and friendly, the food is delicious! Mexican cuisine modernized by American flavors and influence… you can taste the foods, not just grease! Prices are market, remember this is not fast food nor are they a franchise/chain! Just a wonderful “Mom and Pop”, locally owned place!

The staff is really friendly here was pretty good service. The prices are pretty expensive for the amount of food you get. Chips and salsa were average at best not the biggest fan. Personally not a big fan of their red sauce they put on their enchiladas and the rice is not great to say the least. The restaurant is really tiny. I could see it possibly as a good date spot.

I just want to put it out there first that the server was super nice and I had no problem with her service at all! She was super sweet. First time here and don’t think I’d come back. My husband and I both got the #2 (beef taco w/ chicken enchilada). Food came out super fast…like too fast…so you know it wasn’t made fresh. Chicken enchilada was actually a chicken taco in a corn tortilla laid down with sauce on it. Beef taco was dry and shell wasn’t great. Rice was dry and reminded me of something coming from a box. To be honest the best part was the bottle of Modelo I had and it wasn’t super cold. Plus the prices were pretty high for what you get. We’ve had better for cheaper in Helena.

Delicious food! (We really love their fish tacos!) Personable, friendly service. The owner is the cook and makes almost everything from scratch. Nice, pleasant atmosphere. Small dining room.. almost intimate. This restuarant is one we as locals frequent.

Service was nice and prompt, and the food came out in a prompt manner so we didn’t have to wait long. The food was decent. Not super flavorful, but really more of a standard taste for mex-american. The price was just right though, and we were both pleasantly full and we didn’t have to spend much for a full tummy.

Nice little Mexican restaurant, been eating at this business for years even at there old location. I have never had a bad meal with them. It is a smaller seating establishment but worth the wait on a busy Friday or Saturday night.

Fabulous food and great service. Thanks Denise. I had the pork tamale with green chile, excellent. The beans and rice are just the best. The chicken burrito was stuffed and the red chile was hot and flavorful. The salsa was fresh and perfect. Finished with fried ice cream, yummy. Highy recommended.
