These tacos were FLAME! I drove all the way from illinois to try these bad boys and they did NOT dissappoint! The place had chill vibes. People were friendly. And the tacos were so flavorful, juicy, crunchy! Very creative to combine lemon pepper & taco. I also got the hot cheetos tacos, just !! They got a wide variety of kool-aids and GREAT PORTIONS!!! the tacos and Kool aid are not small yall! Great size, great food, great vibes!! Come to Josephine’s!

Their tacos are so good. You get to pick your meat (chicken, beef, or both) and choose a flavor. I tried the sweet chili this time and it was pretty good. I’ve also had the lemon pepper before and that one is tasty too.
They don’t hold back on the toppings, especially the tomatoes, which I really like. It gives the tacos a nice twist compared to what you usually find.
They’re open Monday through Friday. The wait can sometimes be a little long because they get busy, but the food is worth it. First time coming to this place I have heard great reviews so I finally got to try them.If your in a hurry order ahead of time because the wait time is pretty long.Wait time was so long I almost forgot what I ordered but it was well worth it.I tried the lemon pepper tacos and they were excellent.I definitely would love to try more flavors the next time I’m on the southside of town.

Not worth it.the taste wasn’t all that. the time & cost not worth it.i paid $42 for 8tacos & one Kool aid. i have gotten better & and faster service. the Kool aid was just Kool aid.tacos not hardly lemony .a bag of cheetos would had been tastier.not worth it.

Asked a Uber rider for a taco spot recommendation and he pointed me here. Definitely a local spot. No tables to sit and eat at so I had to make it work eating in my car. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. I got 2 lemon pepper chicken and 2 jerk chicken tacos. Would go back and eat here again. Next time I’ll get some of their homemade kool-aid.

Food is so good , was so excited for them.. came all the way from ATL. Facebook said open till 5, pulled up 15 min after 4 and they said they’re not accepting orders because they want to close on time. They promote a time they will accept orders but when you come, they tell you they not accepting anymore orders which i heard is common. The older lady was trying to help me but the kids were yelling in her ear telling her no. As much as i love to support black businesses , they make it hard to even want to come back. Very disappointed!

Arrived at 536pm from Milwaukee, i was told that it would be an hour wait and that i would receive a call. It went on two hours and no call. Went back inside for them to say my food was on the grill. Waited another 30-45 mins and they told me my ticket was lost. I ended up getting my refund. But the service was poor along with the communication.

To say that I just enjoyed these tacos would be an understatement. These are by far the best tacos I have ever eaten in my entire life. If you’re looking at reviews, look no further and just go get the lemon pepper tacos after all it says it in just the business name…

Josephine’s called me right back, took my order, got my name, and the price. On the drive there, I received a call that my tacos were ready. Thank you for the service and good food.
